Abstract
Penerbangan yang semakin mudah diakses masyarakat berdampak juga pada kenaikan aktivitas di Bandar Udara Internasional Juanda, Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Kenaikan aktivitas ini menyebabkan potensi emisi polutan meningkat, termasuk NOx, CO2, dan CH4. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan inventarisasi fluktuasi emisi NOx, CO2, dan CH4 aktivitas Bandara untuk transportasi on-road, transportasi off-road, limbah padat domestik dan limbah cair domestik. Hasil inventarisasi kemudian dituangkan kedalam rekomendasi berupa alternatif yang memungkinkan bagi PT. Angkasapura I.
Inventarisasi emisi dilakukan dengan mendaftar besaran polutan dari sumber pencemar dari sektor energi, yaitu transportasi on-road, transportasi off-road, dan sektor limbah yang meliputi limbah padat dan limbah cair. Rentang waktu invetarisasi adalah tahun 2006 hingga tahun 2016. Perhitungan menggunakan worksheet Atmospheric Brown Clouds (ABC) – Emission Inventory Manual (EIM) Excel 2013 dan worksheet IPCC 2006 Guidelines for National Greenhouse Gas Inventories (GL) Excel 2013.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, tren fluktuasi NOx, CO2, dan CH4 pada tahun 2006 - 2008 didominasi oleh transportasi off-road sebesar 701,27 - 723,79 ton NOx, 218.336,09 - 221.699,59 ton CO2 dan 12,24 - 14,76 ton CH4. Pada tahun 2009 - 2016, NOx dan CO2 didominasi oleh transportasi off-road (814,23 - 1636,78 ton NOx dan 236.564,73 - 374.689,93 ton CO2), transportasi on-road (41,05 - 69,49 ton NOx dan 55.519,99 - 93.694,74 ton CO2), dan limbah padat domestik (0,06 - 0,12 ton NOx dan 31,13 – 62,92 ton CO2). CH4 didominasi oleh transportasi on-road (28.971,59 - 48.790,14 ton CH4), limbah cair domestik (18,25 - 29,52 ton CH4) dan transportasi off-road (11,18 - 16,75 ton CH4). Identifikasi menunjukkan NOX dan CH4 berasal dari pembakaran kurang sempurna pada transportasi on-road maupun off-road. Fluktuasi emisi sektor transportasi on-road sangat bergantung pada jenis kendaraan, sedangkan sektor transportasi off-road sangat bergantung pada tipe pesawat. Fluktuasi emisi sektor limbah padat domestik bergantung pada efisiensi pembakaran di insenerator, sedangkan faktor emisi limbah cair domestik bergantung pada bangunan pengolahan. Alternatif yang disarankan pada sektor off-road berupa menejemen LTO (kegiatan taxi). Pada transportasi on-road, yaitu realisasi pengadaan dan penggunaan kereta api.

Aviation were easily to be acces, so that the activity impacted the increasing for Juanda International Airport, Sidoarjo District. This activity exhaust the emission of pollutant, including NOx, CO2, and CH4. This research calculating the emission inventory of emission NOx, CO2, and CH4 activity in airport for on-road and off-road transportation, municipal solid waste and waste water. The inventory result derified in some strategy, that be able to PT. Angkasapura I.
Emission inventory calculated from list of pollutant in energy sector, that is on-road transportation, off-road, and waste sector which is municipal solid waste and waste water. The inventory were calculated from 2006 to 2016. Calculation used with worksheet Atmospheric Brown Clouds (ABC) – Emission Inventory Manual (EIM) Excel 2013 and worksheet IPCC 2006 Guidelines for National Greenhouse Gas Inventories (GL) Excel 2013.
The result showed that, fluctuation tren for NOx, CO2, dan CH4 in year 2006 - 2008 dominated by off-road transportation with 701,27 - 723,79 tonnes NOx, 218.336,09 - 221.699,59 tonnes CO2 and 12,24 - 14,77 tonnes CH4. In year 2009-2016, NOx and CO2 dominated by off-road transportation (814,23 - 1636,78 tonnes NOx and 236.564,73 - 374.689,96 tonnes CO2), on-road transportation (41,05 - 69,49 tonnes NOx and 55.519,99 - 93.694,74 tonnes CO2), and municipal solid waste (0,06 - 0,12 tonnes NOx and 31.133 - 62.922 tonnes CO2). CH4 dominated by on-road transportation (28.971,59 - 48.790,15 tonnes CH4), waste water (18,25 - 29,52 ton CH4) and off-road transportation (11,18 - 16,75 ton CH4). NOX and CH4 were indentified came from unideal combustion of fuel from on-road and off-road transportation. Off-road transportation emission fluctuiation depend on the type of aircraft. Municipal solid waste emission fluctuiation based on the efficiency of insenerator, while waste water emission fluctuiation based on the type of treatment plant. The alternative which suggested in off-road sectoral is managed the LTO (taxi way). Substituted the on-road transportation, by realized and well used the railway.
