Abstract

Penelitian dimulai dengan pemodelan bentuk dan geometri dari pulley existing sepeda motor listrik GESITS. Berdasarkan hasil analisis awal pada pulley sepeda motor listrik GESITS menunjukan pulley tersebut belum optimum, karena stress maximum yang terjadi pada pulley tersebut masih jauh dari stress yang diijinkan. Dimana terdapat empat rasio pulley yang digunakan sepeda motor listrik GESITS hingga saat ini, rasio tersebut adalah 1 : 4,22, 1: 6,51, 1: 3,77, dan 1: 5,82, rasio tersebut diidentifikasi sebagai pembebanan 1, 2, 3, dan 4.
Pada penelitian ini terdapat istilah internal topology optimization dan eksternal topology optimization. Dimana internal topology optimization adalah penentuan area yang di optimisasi berada hanya pada bagian dalam pulley, sedangkan eksternal topology optimization adalah penentuan area yang di optimisasi berlaku untuk seluruh bagian pulley. Selanjutnya model tersebut dihitung pembebanannya untuk keempat rasio pulley, untuk dilakukan analisis stactical structure dan topology optimization. Geometri baru yang lebih optimum didapatkan melalui analisis statical structure pada model baru untuk validasi tegangan yang terjadi, dan pada tahap terakhir model tersebut dibuat protoyping menggunakan 3d printer.
Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini yaitu bentuk paling optimum dari pulley hasil analisis internal topology optimization dengan tipe pembebanan 3, mass retain setting 10%, dengan stress maximum 53,141 MPa, dan persentase pengurangan massa sebesar 60%. Sementara untuk bentuk paling optimum dari pulley hasil analisis eksternal topology optimization dengan tipe pembebanan 3, mass retain setting 10%, dengan stress maximum 50,319 MPa, dan persentase pengurangan massa sebesar 66%. Oleh karena itu pasangan pulley paling optimum untuk sepeda motor listrik GESITS adalah pasangan pulley tipe pembebanan 3 dengan rasio sebesar 3,77.

Research begins with modeling the shape and geometry of GESITS electric motorcycle's existing pulley. Based on the results of preliminary analysis on GESITS electric motorcycle pulley showed the pulley is not optimum, because the maximum stress that occurs in the pulley is still far from the stress that is allowed. Where there are four pulley ratios used by GESITS electric motorcycles to date, the ratios are 1: 4,22, 1: 6,51, 1: 3,77, and 1: 5,82, the ratio is identified as loading 1, 2, 3, and 4.
In this study there is the term internal topology optimization and external topology optimization. Where the internal topology optimization is the determination of the optimized area is only on the inside of the pulley, while the external topology optimization is the determination of the optimized area for all parts of the pulley. Furthermore, the model calculated the loading for the four pulley ratios, to do stactical structure analysis and topology optimization. The more optimum new geometry is obtained through statical structure analysis on new models for voltage validation, and in the last stage the model is made protoyping using 3d printers.
The results obtained from this research are the most optimum form of pulley result of internal topology optimization analysis with loading type 3, mass retain setting 10%, with maximum stress 53,141 MPa, and percentage of mass reduction by 60%. While for the optimum form of pulley result of external analysis topology optimization with type of loading 3, mass retain setting 10%, with maximum stress 50,319 MPa, and mass reduction percentage equal to 66%. Therefore, the most optimum pair of pulleys for electric motorcycle GESITS is a pair of pulley type 3 loading with a ratio of 3.77.
