Abstract

Kali Ngotok Ring Kanal merupakan sungai yang terletak di daerah Kabupaten Jombang dan Kabupaten Mojokerto, memiliki luas DAS sekitar 700 km² dengan panjang sungai utama kurang lebih 26 km. Kali Ngotok Ring Kanal berfungsi sebagai kolektor dari beberapa sungai seperti Kali Tembelang, Kali Sambong, Kali Jombang Kulon, Kali Jombang Wetan, Kali Bening, Kali Sewedang, Kali Gunting, Kali Balong dan Kali Brangkal. Kali Ngotok Ring Kanal ini bertemu dengan Kali Brangkal yang selanjutnya bermuara ke Kali Brantas. Hampir setiap tahun dimusim penghujan terjadi banjir pada sungai-sungai tersebut yang disertai gerusan tebing dan putusnya tanggul di beberapa tempat yang mengakibatkan timbulnya genangan banjir di beberapa tempat terutama di beberapa kecamatan wilayah Kabupaten Jombang dan Kabupaten Mojokerto. Masalah banjir di DAS Kali Ngotok Ring Kanal sangat dirasakan oleh masyarakat, khususnya penduduk di sekitar Kecamatan Tembelang, Kecamatan Sumobito, dan Kecamatan Trowulan. Banjir di lokasi tersebut terjadi seiring dengan meningkatnya intensitas hujan. Hal ini terjadi karena ketidakmampuan alur sungai di bagian hilir untuk mengalirkan air ke muara sungai. Sehubungan dengan hal ini perlu adanya penanganan guna mengatasi masalah tersebut yaitu dengan cara menormalisasi sungai untuk menurunkan muka air banjir. Evaluasi kapasitas sungai perlu dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah penampang sungai mampu menampung debit banjir. Apabila penampang sungai belum mampu menampung debit banjir, maka perlu dilakukan beberapa alternatif. Tahap penentuan alternatif penanggulangan banjir dilakukan analisis hidrologi untuk menghitung debit banjir rencana, serta analisis hidraulika menggunakan pemodelan perangkat lunak HEC RAS. Adapun debit banjir rencana dihitung dari berdasarkan data curah hujan 20 tahun terakhir serta diproyeksikan untuk periode ulang selama 25 tahun (Q25). ============================================================================================================= Ngotok Ring Kanal River is one of the river in Jombang District and Mojokerto District, it have 700 km2 cathment area and length of the main river more than 26 km. Ngotok Ring Kanal river serve as a collectors from the several rivers as Tembeleng river, Sambong river,Jombang Kulon river, Jombang Wetan river, Bening river, Sawedang river, Gunting river, Balong river and Kanal river. Ngotok Ring Kanal river converge with Brangkal river that makes Brantas river as it estuary. Almost every years in the rain seasons it comes to pass a flood on that rivers that be accompanied with scouring clift and broken levee at the several place at Jombang District and Mojokerto District. The Flooding of Ngotok Ring Kanal River become a serious problem, especially for the resident around Tembelang village, Sumobito village and Trowulan village. The flood happened with increasing rain intensity. It has because the downstream rivers cant lead in into the estuary. According to that point it need to be handle to solve that problem, one of the way was with Normalisation to reduce water elevation at the river. The river capacity need to be evaluated to discover that the rivers dimensions can accommodate the flood discharge or not. If it cant accommodate the flood discharge, it have a several alternative solution. The first step was with hidrology analysis to calculate te Flood Discharge Plan. And the hidroulic analysis using HEC RAS software. The flood discharge plan calculated according to rain data at last twenty years and projected for 25 years return periode ( Q25 ).
