Abstract
Inventarisasi didefinisikan sebagai sebuah proses pengelolaan aset yang memiliki nilai ekonomis, nilai komersial, dan nilai tukar, serta mampu mendorong tercapainya sebuah tujuan. Tapi yang cukup disayangkan adalah implementasi dari inventarisasi tersebut di lapangan. Dimulai dari pengidentifikasian barang di lapangan, untuk membedakan kursi untuk ruangan satu dengan ruangan lain biasanya diakali dengan diberikan tulisan nama ruangan pada barang tersebut. Lalu biasanya beberapa bulan sekali staf terpaksa memeriksa barang inventaris untuk memeriksa kehilangan barang. Selain itu apabila terjadi kerusakan pada suatu barang elektronik misalnya, perlu menghubungi staf yang sering memakan waktu lama karena sulitnya mengorganisir barang mana saja yang rusak .
Karena itulah dalam tugas akhir dibangun sebuah sistem, sebuah cara baru untuk mempermudah implementasi inventarisasi di lapangan. Untuk identifikasi barang di lapangan kita akan memasang QR Code untuk setiap barang yang ada. QR Code ini akan bisa dipindai oleh aplikasi android yang akan saya buat untuk memberikan detail tipe barang apa, lokasi seharusnya dimana, dan kondisi barang. Dengan aplikasi ini apabila ada barang yang ingin dipindahkan dari satu ruangan ke ruangan lain, hanya perlu memindai QR Code pada barang itu, lalu pilih menu laporkan pemindahan barang, isikan lokasi tujuan pindah dan keterangan alasan dipindahkan. Cara ini juga berlaku apabila ingin melaporkan barang yang rusak, hanya perlu memindai QR code pada barang itu, lalu pilih menu laporkan kerusakan barang, isikan kondisi barang dan keterangannya untuk mempermudah staf untuk memperbaiki. Setelah pengguna sudah mengirim laporan, staf akan dapat mengakses laporan tersebut menggunakan aplikasi web, terdaftar juga identitas pelapor untuk tanggung jawab laporan. Setelah itu staf bisa mengubah lokasi atau kondisi barang yang sudah dilaporkan melalui aplikasi web.
Aplikasi ini sudah di uji menggunakan data dummy dan real dari ITS. Aplikasi ini sudah berhasil memanfaatkan qr code untuk memudahkan dalam proses inventarisasi, yakni dalam mengorganisasi, identifikasi barang, dan komunikasi barang rusak dan dipindahkan.

Inventory is defined as a process of asset management that has economic value, commercial value, and exchange rate, and is able to encourage the achievement of a goal. But what is unfortunate is the implementation of the inventory in the field. Starting from the identification of goods in the field, to distinguish the seats for the room one with another room is usually tricked with a written name of the room on the goods. Then if the goods want to be moved from one room to another, it is necessary to contact the inventory staff to record the changes. In addition, if there is damage to an electronic item for example, it is necessary to contact the staff who often takes a long time because of the difficulty of organizing any item that is damaged or forgotten.
That's why in this final project I built a system, a new way to facilitate the implementation of inventory in the field. For identification of goods in the field we will install QR Code for each item there. QR Code will be scanned by android application that I will make to give detail what type of goods, location should where, and condition of goods. With this application if there are items that want to be moved from one room to another room, just need to QR Code on the goods, then select the menu report the transfer of goods, fill in the location of the moving destination and the reason for the reason to move. This also applies if you want to report damaged goods, just need to scan the QR code on the item, then select the menu report damage to the goods, fill in the condition of goods and information to make it easier for staff to improve. When a user has sent a report, the staff will be able to access the report using a web application, also the identity of the complainant for report responsibility. After that staff can change the location or condition of goods that have been reported through web applications.
This application has been tested using dummy and real data from ITS. This application has been successfully utilize qr code to facilitate in the inventory process, namely in organizing, identification of goods, and communication of damaged and moved goods.
