Abstract
Angkutan Speedboat merupakan bagian penting dalam sarana transportasi menuju Pulau Maratua. Speedboat telah lama menjadi objek vital bagi masyarakat Pulau Maratua dalam mencukupi segala kebutuhan sehari-hari. Mengingat betappa pentingnya transportasi Speedboat, maka diperlukan perhatian khusus dalam penanganan angkutan Speedboat. Dukungan tersebut diperlukan karena permalsahan yang terdapat pada angkutan Speedboat mengarah kepada proses pertukaran informasi. Tentunya diperlukan solusi non-fisik ya dapat mempermudah akses informasi kepada pihak-pihak yang terkait dan membutuhkan. Resiko-resiko yang timbul diakibatkan proses pelayanan saat ini sangatlah tinggi. Mengakibatkan pengguna mengalami kerugian yang tak terduga. Arsitektur ITS dapat merangcang proses pertukaran informasi dengan mudah. Dengan terdiri dari Aristektur Fungsi dan Komunikasi serta Arsitektur Proses Bisnis, maka arsitektur ITS menjadi solusi yang terpat dalam penanganan kasus angkutan Speedboat. Mengarah kepada konsep Digital Island yang telah diterapkan beberapa negara di dunia menjadi satu acuan penting. Analisis biaya-manfaat digunakan untuk mengetahui besarnya manfaat yang didapatkan oleh rancangan Arsitektur ITS. Hasil dari Tugas Akhir ini menyebutkan bahwa pemotongan proses informasi dan komunikasi dapat mengurangi kerugian yang diakibatkan oleh terjadinya resiko.
