Abstract
Meninjau peningkatan penumpang bandara Ahmad Yani yang semakin cepat. Menurut Peraturan Menteri Perhubungan nomor 69 tahun 2013, menjelaskan adanya perubahan hierarki bandar udara Ahmad Yani. Perubahan tersebut adalah dari bandar udara pengumpul dengan skala pelayanan sekunder menjadi primer pada tahun 2030 dengan klasifikasi landasan pacu yang sama yaitu 4D. Hal ini menjadikan bandara Ahmad Yani melayani penumpang dengan jumlah lebih besar atau sama dengan 5.000.000 (lima juta) orang pertahun. Penambahan jumlah layanan tersebut menjadikan pihak PT. Angkasa Pura 1 melakukan pembangunan terminal baru di sisi utara runway. Untuk itu perlu dilakukan rencana pengembangan fasilitas sisi udara hingga tahun 2030.
Tugas Akhir ini membahas tentang rencana pengembangan fasilitas sisi udara pada Bandara Internasional Ahmad Yani yaitu runway, taxiway, dan apron yang diperlukan untuk melayani penambahan pengguna bandara. Analisis ketersediaan ruang udara atau kawasan keselamatan operasional penerbangan (KKOP) dan juga rute-rute baru yang mampu dilayani oleh pesawat di bandara dengan meninjau pesawat rencana juga dilakukan untuk melengkapi perencanaan
Berdasarkan hasil perencanaan dan perhitungan terhadap fasilitas sisi udara didapatkan pesawat rencana yaitu Boeing 737-800 dengan Panjang runway cukup dengan runway existing pada bandara Ahmad Yani sepanjang 2680 m dan lebar runway yaitu 45 m, dimensi RESA digunakan 90 m. Lebar total taxiway adalah 25 m termasuk bahu taxiway pada kedua sisi. Exit taxiway akan digunakan dengan rapid exit taxiway 30o dengan jarak 1865 m dari threshold. Apron yang direncanakan dengan pesawat rencana Boeing 737 8 MAX dengan luasan 403.049 m2. Perencanaan obstacle free zone atau KKOP menggunakan precision approach runway dengan code number 4. Bandara Ahmad Yani dapat melayani penambahan rute sebanyak 11 bandara baru ==========================================================================================================
With a consideration on the increase of the passengers in Ahmad Yani airport. Ministry of transportation regulation’s number 69 year 2013, thoroughly explained some changes of Ahmad Yani airport hierarchy. which is a secondary scale service airport into primary scale service airport in 2030 with similar 4D runway classification. These changes enable Ahmad Yani airport to serves 5.000.000 passengers each year. The increase on the passenggers lead to a construction of new terminal on the north side of the runway by PT. Angkasa Pura 1. Therefore. It is necessary to design a development plan of the airside facilities until 2030.
This final assignment is aimed to design the air side of Ahmad Yani International Airport which consists of runway, taxiway, apron. This is necessary to serve the upcoming increase of the users in the airport. Analysis on the space availability or flight operational safety areas (KKOP) as well as a new flight route of a design aircraft that the airport able to serves in order to complete the design
Based on the results of the calculation towards an air side facility is that design aircraft used in this study is Boeing 737-800 with the existing runway length is 2680 m which is sufficient. And the runway width is 45, RESA dimension is 90 m. Total width of the taxiway is 25 m including its taxiway shoulders on each side. As for the exit taxiway will be design using rapid exit taxiway 30o as far as 1865 m from the threshold. Apron will be designed for 403.049 m2 in area using Boeing 737 8 MAX as the design aircraft. Design for the obstacle free zone or KKOP using precision approach runway with a code letter 4. Ahmad Yani airport able to serve additional route for 11 new airports
