Abstract
Struktur komposit merupakan struktur yang terdiri dari dua atau lebih material berbeda sifat dan karakteristik yang berkerja bersama sama untuk memikul beban yang berkerja pada suatu struktur dalam hal ini digunakan material baja dan beton. Struktur komposit baja-beton memungkinkan pemanfaatan karakteristik dasar masing-masing bahan secara optimal, sehingga dengan penampang yang lebih kecil, mampu memikul beban serta dengan bentang yang sama dengan beton bertulang biasa.
Gedung Brooklyn Alam Sutera Apartment merupakan gedung yang terdiri dari 20 lantai dan 1 lantai atap yang pada awalnya didesain dengan menggunakan struktur beton bertulang. Perancangan bangunan ini dimodifikasi menggunakan struktur komposit baja-beton. Dalam tugas akhir ini dilakukan perencanaan ulang menggunakan struktur komposit baja-beton dengan Sistem Rangka Bresing Eksentris (SRBE). Kelebihan sistem ini adalah daktilitas struktur yang baik dengan mekanisme kelelehan geser yang terjadi pada link. Link adalah bagian pada elemen struktur balok yang dibentuk oleh perpotongan balok dan bresing.
Telah dilakukan perencanaan struktur gedung menggunakan komposit baja-beton Sistem Rangka Bresing Eksentris (SRBE) yang memenuhi persyaratan keamanan struktur berdasarkan SNI 2847-2013, SNI 03-1729-2002, SNI 1729:2015, SNI 1726:2012, SNI 1727:2013.
Dari analisa dan hasil perhitungan diperoleh hasil yaitu : tebal pelat lantai dan atap 10 cm, dimensi balok induk WF 500x300x11x15, dimensi balok link WF 600x300x13x24 dengan panjang elemen link 120 cm, dimensi bresing WF 450x300x11x15, dimensi kolom CFT 600x600x25. Perencanaan pondasi menggunakan tiang borepile beton diameter 80 cm dengan kedalaman 10 meter. Kolom pedestal direncanakan dengan dimensi 800 mm x 800 mm. Dan dimensi Sloof 40 cm x 60 cm.

The composite structure is a structure consisting of two or more different material properties and characteristics that work together to carry a load on a structure. In this case, steel and concrete materials are used. The steel-concrete composite structure allows the optimal utilization of the basic characteristics of each material, so that with smaller cross-sections, and able to carry the load with the same span as regular reinforced concrete
Brooklyn Alam Sutera Apartment is a 20-storey building and 1 story roof which was originally designed using reinforced concrete structures. The design of this building was modified using a steel-concrete composite structure. In this final project is done by re-design using a steel-concrete composite structure with Bracing Eccentrically Frame System (EBF). The advantages of this system are good structure ductility with yielding shear mechanisms that occur in link. The link is a part of the beam structure elements formed by the intersection of beams and bracing.
Design of the building structure has been done using steel-concrete composite with Eccentrically Braced Frame System (EBF). Which meets the structural safety requirements under SNI 2847-2013, SNI 03-1729-2002, SNI 1729:2015, SNI 1726:2012, and SNI 1727:2013.
The results of the analysis and calculation indicated that the thickness of the floor deck and roof deck are 10 cm, the dimension of the primary beam is WF 500x300x11x15, the dimension of link beam is WF 600x300x13x24 with the length of the link element are 120 cm, the dimension of bracing is WF 450x300x11x15, the dimension of column is CFT 600x600x25. the design of foundation using 80 cm diameter of borepile with 10 meters depth. The pedestal columns are designed with dimensions of 800 mm x 800 mm. And the dimensions of Sloof 40 cm x 60 cm.
