Abstract
Perancangan dan pembuatan alat ukur keterarahan intensitas cahaya sumber titik berbasis pelacak berporos rangkap telah dilakukan. Alat yang dibuat mengkombinasikan potodioda sebagai sensor intensitas cahaya, dua buah pelacak putar dengan pengerak motor stepper, serta sistem instrumentasi kontrol oleh mikrokontroler sebagai pengolah datanya. Sistem yang dibuat dapat mengukur intensitas cahaya pada rentang 1 – 1000 lux serta sistem motor atas dapat berputar 360o dan sistem motor bawah sebesar 180o. Proses dikalibrasi dan uji dilakukan dengan kalibrator Lux Meter ruang Gelap yang berada di Laboratorium Instrumentasi Elektronika departemen Fisika FIA-ITS. Sedangkan Pelacak berporos rangkap dikalibrasi dengan busur 360o di Laboratorium Instrumentasi dan Elektronika Jurusan Fisika FIA-ITS. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, tracker alat mampu bregerak setiap 1o dengan tingkat kesalahan 0%. Sistem sensor yang dibuat dapat bekerja efektif pada jangkauan pengukuran tingkat intensitas cahaya antara 0-1000 lux dengan tingkat kesalahan 0,1493%.

The design and manufacture of point source light intensity direction measuring device based on double axis tracker has been done. This tool is made by combining a photodiode as light intensity sensor, two tracker with stepper motor as actuator, and instrumentation control system are integrated by the microcontroller as the processing of data. The system created can measure the intensity of light in the range 1 – 1000 lux and the top motor system can rotate 360o and lower motor system can rotate 180o. The sensor of the tool is calibrated and tested with a calibrator Lux Meter at the Dark Room in Laboratory of Electronics and Instrumentation department of Physics, State-ITS. Then the tracker of the tool is calibrated and tested with a calibrator 360o bow at the Laboratory of Electronics and Instrumentation Department of Physics, State-ITS. Based on the test the tracker of the tool can move every 1o with an error rate of 0%. The sensor system works effectivelyon the measurement of light intensity level range beetwen 0-1000 lux with an error rate of 0,1493%.
