Abstract

Berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Kelautan Dan Perikanan Republik Indonesia No.57/Permen-KP/2014terkait denganpenghentian sementara (moratorium) pola operasi alih muatan di laut dari kapal penangkap ke kapal pengumpul (transhipment) yang berpengaruh terhadap jumlah tangkapan ikan dan biaya operasional nelayan.Tujuan dari Tugas Akhir ini adalah untuk mendesain sebuah kapal pengolah ikan yang digunakan untuk perairan di WPP 712 serta yang mampu memberi nilai tambah terhadap tangkapan ikan dan dapat mengurangi biaya yang harus dikeluarkan nelayan.Kapal pengolah ikan ini akan mengolah hasil tangkapan yang diperoleh dari para nelayandi atas kapal dengan hasil produk olahan berupa ikan dalam kemasan kaleng (kaleng tipe 202, 20.228 kaleng/produksi dan kaleng tipe 300, 14.449 kaleng/produksi), fillet ikan (14.240 kg/produksi) dan tepung ikan (30.237 kg/produksi). Penentuan kapasitas muatan kapal pengolah ikan ditentukan dari hasil tangkapan ikan per tahun. Kemudian dilakukan perhitungan teknis yang memenuhi standar regulasi dalam mendesain kapal. Ukuran utama yang didapatkan adalah Lpp =103.8 m, B = 22 m, T = 7 m, H = 10 m, Cb = 0.741, dan Vs = 13 knot dengan rute operasi dari PPN Brondong-perairan utara Lamongan-perairan Bawean-perairan Masalembo-perairan Matasiri-perairan Kangean-perairan utara Madura-PPN Brondong. Dari ukuran utama tersebut kemudian dibuat gambar Rencana Garis, gambar Rencana Umum dan analisis ekonomis. ================ Based Based on the Regulation of the Minister of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries of the Republic of Indonesia No.57 / Permen-KP / 2014 relating to the temporary cessation (moratorium) the pattern of sea cargo operation from the catching vessel to the collecting vessel affecting the number of fish catch and the operational cost of the fishermen. The purpose of this Final Project is to design a fish processing vessel used for waters in WPP 712 and that can add value to the catch of fish and can reduce the cost to be spent by fishermen. This fish processing vessel will process the catch obtained from the fishermen on board with the result of processed products in the cans (cans type 202, 20.228 cans / production and cans type 300, 14.449 cans / production), fish fillet (14.240 kg / production) and fish meal (30.237 kg / production). Determination of cargo capacity of fish processing vessels is determined from the catch of fish per year. Then a technical calculation that according to the standard regulation for ship design. The main dimensions obtained are Lpp = 103.8 m, B = 22 m, T = 7 m, H = 10 m, Cb = 0.741, and Vs = 13 knots with the operation route from PPN Brondong - North of Lamongan - Bawean waters area - Masalembo waters area-Matasiri waters area-Kangean waters area-north waters area of Madura-PPN Brondong. From the main dimensions, Lines Plan, General Arrangement and economic analysis are made.
