Abstract

Gedung Apartemen Grand Dhika City (Tower Emerald) di Bekasi merupakan gedung yang difungsikan sebagai hunian vertikal yang dibangun di kawasan mixed used Grand Dhika City Jatiwarna. Tower Emerald sendiri merupakan gedung dengan struktur 22 lantai dengan ketinggian bangunan 76 meter yang memiliki tipe tipikal sehingga mulai dari lantai 4 ke atas mempunyai konfigurasi denah yang sama. Gedung ini dibangun dengan beton bertulang menggunakan metode cor ditempat sehingga memerlukan waktu pengerjaan yang relative lama. Dalam pengerjaannya pun, seringkali kurang memerhatikan ketelitian sehingga hasil pengerjaan tidak rapi dan kurang presisi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan untuk merencanakan ulang struktur gedung dan menentukan kriteria desain. Desain awal (preliminary design) serta pembebanan adalah input pemodelan struktur gedung untuk mendapatkan hasil analisa strukturnya. Gaya dalam yang didapat dari hasil analisa struktur digunakan untuk perhitungan perencaaan setiap elemen struktur gedung. Perhitungan perencanaan setiap elemen menghasilkan gambar teknik serta kesimpulan dan saran. Penulis mengharapkan agar perencanaan ulang menggunakan metode beton pracetak dapat diterapkan dalam perencanaan struktur gedung Apartemen Grand Dhika City (Tower Emerald). Perencanaan ulang menghasilkan output perhitungan yang akurat dan dapat dipertanggung-jawabkan, serta gambar design yang rinci dan jelas. =============== Grand Dhika City Jatiwarna (Tower Emerald) apartment building on Bekasi, Jawa Barat is a vertical residential building constructed in mix used area Grand Dhika City Jatiwarna. The Tower Emerald itself is a building in form of 22-floor structure with 76 meters in height and built in typical fashion, hence its floor plan from 4th floor upwards is same. This building built with reinforced concrete using cast in place method. Consequentially the working time is long and during its practice it accuracy was often dismissed, so it led to messy and fewer precision results. Collecting data were done to redesigning building structure and determine design criteria. Preliminary design and loading is used as input in structural modeling to obtain structural analysis results. Internal forces which were obtained from structural analysis used to design each element in the building's structure. Design calculation of each element will have detailed engineering drawing, also conclusion and suggestion. As writer desire, that the redesigning using pre-cast concrete method could be applied in designing process of building’s structure of Grand Dhika City Jatiwarna Bekasi (Emerald Tower). This redesign process is expected an accurate output calculation and can be accounted. The detail and clear engineering drawing design are needed also.
