Abstract
Dalam penerapan program eco campus, ITS memiliki kegiatan yaitu Penanaman Hutan Kampus (Ruang Terbuka Hijau). Kegiatan tersebut belum maksimal berjalan karena adanya masalah yang dihadapai oleh ITS. Masalah yang dihadapi ITS adalah belum adanya informasi terkait kondisi tanah. Informasi ini meliputi informasi kesuburan tanah, tanaman yang cocok dengan lahan dan lokasi yang dapat digunakan untuk penanaman tersebut. Oleh karena itu diperlukan sebuah solusi yang dapat digunakan untuk memperbaiki permasalahan yang ada.
Dalam tugas akhir ini, penulis akan membahas pembuatan sistem informasi yang berguna untuk mengetahui kondisi tanah ruang terbuka hijau (RTH) di institut teknologi sepuluh nopember. Metode pengembangan perangkat lunak yang digunakan adalah iconix process. Metode pengerjaan tugas akhir ini tahapan studi literatur, analisis kebutuhan sistem, desain sistem, membangun sistem, pengujian sistem, fit in sistem.
Hasil dari tugas akhir ini adalah sebuah sistem informasi kondisi tanah yang dapat menentukan tingkat kesuburan tanah dan tanaman yang cocok dengan lahan berbasis web. Sehingga dapat membantu dalam proses penanaman tanaman pada hutan kampus di ITS.

In the implementation of the eco campus program, ITS has activities namely Campus Forest Investment (Green Open Space). These activities have not been maximally running due to problems faced by ITS. Problems faced by ITS is the absence of information related to soil conditions. This information includes soil fertility information, plants that match the land and the location that can be used for the planting. Therefore we need a solution that can be used to fix the existing problems.
In this final project, the author will discuss the making of information system which is useful to know the condition of green open space (RTH) in technological institute on November 10th. Software development method used is iconix process. The method of this final project is the stages of literature study, system requirement analysis, system design, system building, system testing, fit in system.
The result of this final project is a soil condition information system that can determine the level of soil fertility and plants that match the land based web. So it can help in the process of planting crops on campus forests in ITS.
