Abstract
Performa akustik open-plan office telah menjadi topik yang penting untuk diperbincangkan seiring dengan berkembangnya pusat perkantoran di kota-kota besar di Indonesia, termasuk juga di Surabaya. Kantor jenis ini seringkali muncul permasalahan tata suara, karena satu karyawan dengan lainnya saling berdekatan dan memungkinkan suara yang ditimbulkan akan mengganggu konsentrasi meskipun dibatasi oleh sekat pendek. Gangguan yang muncul dapat berupa background noise, kerasnya suara percakapan, dan jelasnya suara tersebut. Dalam mempertahankan produktivitas pegawai kantor, maka melalui ISO 3382-3 2012 telah ditetapkan standar performa akustik ruangan open plan office. Kantor berita harian Jawa Pos termasuk salah satu tipe open-plan office yang menuntut konsentrasi dan produktivitas yang tinggi. Penghitungan dilakukan secara langsung dan simulasi sesuai standar ISO 3382-3. Adapun parameter yang digunakan adalah Average A-Weighted Background Noise (Lp,A,B), A-Weighted SPL of Speech at 4 m (Lp,A,s,4m), Spatial Decay Rate of A-Weighted SPL of Speech (D2,S), Distraction Distance (rD), Privacy Distance (rP). Berdasarkan pengukuran dan penghitungan didapatkan nilai Lp,A,B sebesar 52 dBA, Lp,A,s,4m 52 dBA, D2,S 4,19 dBA, rD 11,75 m, rP 23,8 m, dan STI pada meja terdekat 0,78. Sedangkan berdasarkan simulasi didapatkan nilai Lp,A,B sebesar 52 dBA, Lp,A,s,4m 47,3 dBA, D2,S 2,45 dBA, rD 8,4 m, rP 20,3 m, dan STI pada meja terdekat 0,75. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa masih dibutuhkan treatmen akustik lebih lanjut. Absorpsi sekat dan dinding, ketinggian langit langit, dan suara AC adalah faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap kondisi akustik open plan office untuk menjadi rekomendasi perbaikan.

Jawa Pos daily news agency is included in the open-plan office type that requires high concentration and productivity. The calculation is done directly and simulated according to ISO 3382-3 standard with Average A-Weighted Background Noise parameter (Lp,A,B), A-Weighted SPL of Speech at 4 m (Lp,A,s, 4m), Spatial
Decay Rate Of A-Weighted SPL of Speech (D2,S), Distraction Distance (rD), Privacy Distance (rP). From the measurement and calculation we get the value of Lp, A, B equal to 52 dBA, Lp, A, s, 4m 52 dBA, D2, S 4,19 dBA, rD 11,75 m, rP 23,8m, and STI at table nearby 0.78. While for calculation based on simulation, the value of Lp, A, B is 52 dBA, Lp, A, s, 4m 47,3 dBA, D2, S 2,45 dBA, rD 8,4 m, rP 20,3 m, and STI At the nearest workspace 0.75. These results suggest still need further acoustic treatments. Absorption of insulation and wall, ceiling height, and air-conditioning are the factors that affect the acoustic condition of open plan office to become recommendation of improvement.
