Abstract
Pelabuhan Lembar merupakan pelabuhan yang sangat penting dalam mengembangkan dan menghubungkan provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat dengan Pulau Bali dan daerah lainnya melalui jalur laut. Sehingga pulau Lombok dapat mendukung proses berkembangnya provinsi tersebut, dalam penggunaan jasa transportasi laut harus membeli tiket yang sudah disediakan dipelabuhan, dengan mengisi form penumpang dan melakukan pembayaran di loket pelabuhan, dikarenakan proses dalam pembelian tiket masih secara manual dan hanya bisa dilakukan di loket pelabuhan dan menghabiskan waktu sekitar 30-35 menit dari pusat kota menuju pelabuhan, disaat melakukan perhitungan manifest jumlah penumpang yang masuk kekapal untuk mendapatkan surat perijinan berlayar dari syahbandar masih kurang efektif oleh karena itu membutuhkan cara yang lebih efektif dan mudah sehingga pengguna jasa transportasi laut semakin meningkat. Dengan pembuatan aplikasi menggunakan php dan mysql utnuk aplikasi tiket online dapat mempercepat dan mempermudah penjualan tiket hanya membutuhkan waktu 3-5 menit untuk mendapatkan sebuah tiket, dan lebih mudah dalam melakukan manifest sehingga pengeluran surat perijinan berlayar dari syahbandar lebih cepat tanpa harus melakukan proses perhitungan ulang.
