Abstract

PT Petrosida Gresik merupakan perusahaan yang berfokus pada kebutuhan pertanian dengan produknya pestisida kimia, pupuk dan benih, dll. Mesin Robofill 400ml adalah salah satu mesin produksi, khususnya untuk packaging insektisida cair kemasan 400ml. Produk insektisida merupakan bahan kimia yang berbahaya bila filling dilakukan secara manual. Namun, perawatan yang diterapkan di perusahaan yaitu corrective maintenance. Terdapat empat komponen pada Robofill 400ml, yaitu product transfer, filler, tracker, dan caping, dilakukan pengujian cramer von mises dan hasilnya adalah komponen filler dan caping berjalan sesuai NHPP, sehingga dapat dilakukan analisis dengan metode Power Law Process, dan dua komponen lainnya mengikuti proses HPP dan tidak dianalisis lebih lanjut. Reliabilitas komponen filler dan caping seiring waktu semakin kecil, namun ROCOF komponen filler meningkat, sedangkan komponen caping turun. Waktu optimum perbaikan komponen filler adalah 10 hari dengan biaya Rp 1.901.464, dan untuk komponen caping adalah 19 hari dengan biaya Rp 3.637.876. Kedua komponen tersebut memiliki waktu maintenance sebelum MTTF, sehingga diharapkan hanya terjadi biaya perbaikan tanpa mengeluarkan biaya kerusakan. ====================================================================================================== PT Petrosida Gresik is a company that focus e d on agricultural needs with its products are chemical pesticides , fertilizers and seeds, fisheries, etc. Robofill 400ml is one of production machine, especially for packaging of liquid insecticide 400ml package. Insecticide product is a dangerous chemical when filling process is done manually. However, the company applied corrective maintenance for its machine . There are four components on Robofill 400m l , which are product transfer, filler, tracker, and caping, camer von mises tested and t he result is filler and caping components running according to the NHPP, so that it can be analyzed by Power Law Process method, and the other two components follow the HPP process and not analyzed further . The r eliability of the filler and caping components over time are decrease, but the ROCOF filler component is increased , while the caping component is decreased . The optimum time for preventive maintenance of filler component is within 10 days with cost Rp 1 , 901 , 464 , and for caping component is within 19 days with cost Rp 3 , 637 , 836 . Both components have a maintenance time before MTTF, so there is only cost of repair without cost of failure.
