Abstract
Permainan simulasi adalah permainan yang dirancang untuk mensimulasikan aktivitas dunia nyata dengan seksama. Salah satunya adalah permainan simulasi manajemen hotel. Manajemen hotel sendiri merupakan suatu aktivitas dalam mengolah proses bisnis hotel mulai dari merekrut karyawan, membangun fasilitas atau kamar, mengatur harga sewa, serta cara meningkatkan kepuasan tamu.
Dalam tugas akhir ini penulis ingin membangun permainan simulasi manajemen hotel dengan menggunakan pemodelan Finite State Machine (FSM). Pada permainan ini, FSM akan digunakan sebagai diagram model bisnis.
Permainan simulasi ini akan berjalan pada program desktop Windows. Pengujian pengguna pada permainan mendapatkan nilai 3.01 dari skala empat untuk parameter manajemen hotel. Dari hasil uji coba tersebut, dapat dikatakan permainan telah mensimulasikan proses bisnis manajemen hotel dengan baik. Dengan pengujian blackbox, permainan telah mengimplementasikan aturan dan skenario permainan simulasi manajemen hotel dengan Finite State Machine.

Simulation games are games designed to simulate real-world activity thoroughly. One of them is the hotel management simulation game. Hotel management itself is an activity in the process of hotel business process from recruiting employees, building facilities or rooms, arrange rental rates, and how to improve guest satisfaction.
In this final project the author wants to build a game management hotel simulation using Finite State Machine (FSM) modeling. In this game, FSM will be used as business model diagram.
This simulation game will run on Windows desktop program. User testing on the game scores 3.01 out of a scale of four for hotel management parameters. From the results of these testing, it can be said the game has been simulate the business process of hotel management well. With blackbox testing, the game has implemented the rules and scenario of hotel management simulation game with Finite State Machine.
