Abstract

Pengumpulan data proyek tugas akhir terapan dari pembangunan Swiss-Bell inn terletak di Jalan raya juanda KM. 1.7, Sidoarjo yang menggunakan metode cast in situ. Pada proyek tugas akhir terapan ini akan dimodifikasi dengan menggunakan metode pracetak pada komponen elemen struktur yaitu pelat, balok anak dan balok induk. Dalam mendesain elemen struktur pracetak mengacu pada peraturan SNI 2847:2013, SNI 1727:2013, SNI 1726:2012 dan PCI Design Handbook Edition 7th Precast and Prestress Concrete. Setelah pengumpulan data maka dilakukan perencanaan preliminary desain menentukan dimensi setiap elemen struktur. Selanjutnya, dilakukan perhitungan penulangan berdasarkan hasil gaya yang dari program SAP 2000 dengan pengaruh gempa yang telah ditentukan serta perencanaan sambungan yang memenuhi persyaratan sehingga struktur menjadi monolit. Perencanaan akhir berupa metode pelaksanaan komponen pracetak serta Rencana Anggaran Biaya item pekerjaan balok induk. Pendetailan penulangan akan dituangkan dalam bentuk gambar dengan program AUTOCAD.
================================================================================================================== The data collection for the final project of the Swiss-Bell inn is located on Jalan Raya KM. 1.7, Sidoarjo using cast in situ method. In this final assignment project will be modified by using precast method for structural element component that is plate, beam and main beam. In designing precast structural elements referring to the regulations of SNI 2847: 2013, SNI 1727: 2013, SNI 1726: 2012 and PCI Design Handbook Edition 7th Precast and Prestress Concrete. After the data collection is done preliminary planning design determines the dimensions of each element of the structure. Furthermore, the calculation of reinforcement based on the results of the style of the SAP 2000 program with the impact of the earthquake that has been determined and the connection planning that meets the requirements so that the structure becomes monolith. Final planning in the form of implementation method of precast components and Cost Plan of work item of master beam. Repetition detailing will be poured in the form of drawings with the AUTOCAD program.
