Abstract
FR-4 PCB adalah salah satu bahan elektroda yang digunakan untuk membuat sensor Interdigital Capasitors (IDCs) dan dibuat di Laboratorium Instrumentasi Departemen Fisika ITS Surabaya. Sensor dari bahan tersebut yang digunakan untuk pengukuran permitivitas tiga sampel crude oil ada 4 buah dan setelah diukur dengan PM 6303 RCL meter Philip type A pada frekuensi 1 kHz dan suhu ruangan 270 C maka masing-masing memiliki nilai kapasitansi yang berbeda-beda, yaitu IDCs S1= 9.3 pF, IDCs S2 = 8.7 pF, IDCs S3 = 6.2 pF dan IDCs S4 = 3.9 pF.
Pada penelitian ini dilakukan pengukuran permitivitas crude oil dengan bantuan sistem pengukuran berbasis Arduino Uno Atmega 328 dan nilai kapasitansi crude oil yang diukur secara simultan menggunakan multi sensor interdigital capasitors yang dimasukkan ke dalam sampel crude oil.
Nilai kapasitansi crude oil ditampilkan di layar komputer dan digunakan untuk menghitung permitivitas crude oil===========FR-4 PCB is the one of the electrode materials is used to design and make an interdigital capacitors sensor(IDCs) and is made in the Instrumentation Laboratory of Departement of physics of ITS. There are 4 pieces of sensor are made to measure permitivity of the available crude oil samples. The four sensor have been measured by the PM 6303 A RCL meter at the frequency of 1 kHz at room temperature 27 0 C, so each sensor has different capacitance value, that is S1 = 8.3 PF. S2= 8.5 PF, S3= 6.2 PF, S4= 3.9 PF.
These research were performed the measurement of permitivity of three samples crude oil by using the measurement system of the Arduino uno Atmega 328 and the capacitance value of crude oil is measured simultaneously by using multi sensor of interdigital capacitor sensor(IDCs).
The capacitance values are displayed on the computer screen and are used to calculate the permitivity of crude oil.
