Abstract

============ In general, the performance of photovoltaic panels is sought based on peak power that identifies maximum electrical power generated from the panel when receiving direct sunlight intensity at 1 kW / m2 at 250C cell temperature. While to get the ideal test conditions are very unlikely. Therefore it is necessary to do simulation methodologies with available software and development techniques made simulations and properties on system analysis. Since the equation model is a model with an exponential equation, it is necessary to calculate using a PC to facilitate the performance of the photovoltaic module. The equation of Photovoltaic model double diode is a constant to get the parameter value of the model one way by comparing the measurement data in outdoor testing with variation, radiation and temperature. From the measurement data, the curve of I-V is approximated by I-V model by means of the two I-V lines is cultivated. By squeezing the I-V curve line between the model and the measurement, the parameter values of the model coefficient are correct. From the values of known parameters, inserted into the model and calculated numerically, in order to get the value of I, V and the maximum power of Photovoltaics module (Wp). At 1000 W / m2 radiation, T = 250 C is simulated. From the simulation result, real photovoltaic module power got 52,25 Wp. Whereas the specific data is only 50 Wp. Loading settings through a load simulator connected to a photovoltaic module in the sun will produce an I-V curve of Photovoltaic module output. The size of the load simulator will directly impact the output
curve of I-V of a Photovoltaic module.
