Abstract
Faktor Air Geopolimer = 0.153. ================= Increasing Concrete Technology, many users lead to Fly Ash-based geopolymer concrete. On the other hand, the use of Fly Ash Type C (ASTM C 618) which is a High-Calcium Fly Ash with CaO content greater than 10% is very rarely used in concrete-making mixtures. There are imbalance of utilization between Fly Ash Type C and Fly Ash Type F. This is because, setting time on High-Calcium Fly Ash is fast because the hydraulic reaction increases with increasing calcium level and more difficult to predict (Wang, 2006 and Roberts 2007). The sequence of alkali mixing method of this activator can be used as an alternative method of mixing geopolymer concrete based Fly Ash Type C coal waste Paiton Power Plant, East Java. Mixing of concrete using gravity molen, by solution of NaOH and Na2SiO3 are not reacted at first. The compressive strength of cylindrical concrete measuring 10cmx20cm at 28 days reaches 44.34 MPa and at least 25.48Mpa, the average compressive strength of 32.23 MPa with setting-time paste for 210 minutes of 100% Fly Ash composition. Aggregate Comparisons: Pasta (70:30), comparison Fly Ash: Alkali Activator (70:30), Comparison of 1.00 activators with 10 M NaOH. Water Geopolymer Ratio = 0,153.
