Abstract
Dalam pembagunan sebuah aplikasi ada faktor-faktor yang mampu mempengaruhi jalannya pembangunan aplikasi tersebut. Sering kali perhitungan yang dilakukan di awal sebelum aplikasi dibangun tidak sesuai dengan implementasinya. Tidak sedikit aplikasi yang dibangun dan dirancang dengan apik tetapi aplikasi tersebut bukan merupakan kebutuhan pengguna di lapangan. Fitur-fitur yang dianggap penting bagi pemilik ide atau pembangun aplikasi belum tentu dianggap penting bagi pengguna yang nantinya akan menggunakan aplikasi tersebut.
Aplikasi perhitungan prioritas pembangunan fitur pada aplikasi adalah sebuah aplikasi berbasis web yang dapat membantu pemilik ide atau pembangun aplikasi dalam menentukan fitur-fitur mana yang dianggap penting tidak hanya dari segi developer, namun dari segi pengguna juga. Aplikasi ini akan memberikan hasil berupa urutan fitur yang sudah dikelompokkan berdasarkan tingkat kepentingannya. Perhitungan prioritas ini menggunakan metode pembobotan yaitu Analytical Hierarchy Process dan 100-Dollar-Test.
Perhitungan prioritas akan dipengaruhi oleh beberapa hal yaitu cost berupa waktu dan biaya yang diperlukan dalam pembangunan fitur yang diberikan oleh developer. Persentase kepentingan fitur bagi desainer pembangunan aplikasi, serta nilai yang diberikan oleh pengguna.

In the development of an application there are factors that affect the development of it. The calculation that happen in the begining of designing the application is not match as the implementation. Not a few application that has been developed and designed nicely but the features of the application is not what user's need. The idea owner might think that the features are important or the designer and developer might think the same way but in reality users may not think the features as important as the developer thinks.
This application for calculating the priority of feature development of an application is a web based application that can help the idea owner or the developer to decide which of the feature is important not only from the developer side but also from the user side. This application will show the result of the features that has been grouped by its imporance. The priority calculation is using weighting methods such as Analytical Hierarchy Process and 100-Dollar-Test..
The priority calculation is affected with some factors which is cost from the time and expense that needed in the development of the feature from the developer. Percentage of feature importance from designer in the development of the application. The last factor is the score that given by the users.
