Abstract

Stabilitas kapal adalah kemampuan kapal untuk kembali pada posisi semula dari suatu keolengan atau kemiringan disebabkan gangguan atau gaya dari luar. Sistem stabilitas adalah suatu sistem untuk mengatasi gerakan oleng kapal yang dipasang pada sisi kanan dan kiri kapal. Pada perancangan kapal patroli 70 meter digunakan 2 sitem stabilizer, yaitu active tank stabilizer dan fin stabilizer. Pemilihan sistem stabilizer berdasarkan standard momen rolling yang sudah ditentukan IMO. Berdasarkan standar IMO pada kapal patrol 70 meter ini memerlukan momen rolling sebesar 55.79 kNm. Dari standar perhitungan tersebut dapat ditentukan sistem active tank stabilizer dan fin stabilizer. Dari perbandingan 2 sistem diperoleh hasil perhitungan. Active tank stabilizer yang membutuhkan power 120.48 kW, kebutuhan ruangan 79.35 m3 dan respon waktu 13.6 detik. Sedangkan untuk sistem fin stabilizer membutuhkan power 74.6 kW, kebutuhan ruangan 198.37 m3 dan respon waktu 6.8 detik. ==================================================================================================== The stability of the ship is ability to return to original position of a rocking or rolling due to interference or external forces. In designing the 70-meter patrol boats used 2 system stabilizer, ie active tank stabilizer and fin stabilizer. Selection of stabilizer systems based on standards that have been determined rolling moment IMO. Based on the IMO standard 70-meter patrol vessel requires rolling moments of 55.79 kNm. From these calculations can be determined standards of active tank system stabilizer and fin stabilizer. From the comparison of two systems obtained calculation results. Active stabilizer tanks that require power 120.48 kW, 79.35 m3 space requirements and the response time of 13.6 seconds. As for the fin stabilizer system requires power 74.6 kW, 198.37 m3 space requirements and the response time of 6.8 seconds.
