Abstract

Peralatan pada galangan sangatlah penting untuk pembuatan dan perawatan kapal.
Oleh karena itu perawatan terhadap peralatan sangatlah penting untuk dilakukan dengan
cara meningkatkan mutu perawatan peralatan penunjang pembangunan kapal dan
Bangunan Lepas Pantai. Maintenance sangatlah penting untuk meningkatkan
keselamatan dan mengurangi resiko suatu pekerjaan saat menggunakan peralatan di
galangan. Meski begitu kesalahan dalam pemilihan cara maintenance dapat merugikan
banyak hal seperti waktu, tenaga, dan biaya. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengerjaan
Tugas Akhir kali ini adalah menentukan strategi maintenance yang terbaik dengan
menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process(AHP). Dengan AHP pemilihan
strategi maintenance dapat dilakukan dengan cara mengumpulkan berbagai jenis
strategi maintenance dan dipilih strategi maintenance terbaik dari segi objek yang
dianalisa. Adapun perhitungan AHP dengan cara mengumpulkan data secara kualitatif
kemudian dihitung secara kuantitatif sehingga didapat nilai dari tiap strategi
maintenance untuk mendapatkan strategi maintenance terbaik. Adapun pengerjaan
Tugas Akhir ini dilakukan di salah satu Galangan kapal di Surabaya dengan objek
peralatan penunjang pembangunan Kapal dan Bangunan Lepas Pantai.

Equipment at the Shipyard is essentsial for the manufacture and maintenance of
the ship. Therefore, maintenance of the equipment is very important to be done by
improving the quality of maintenance equipment that supporting the construction of
ship and offshore building. Maintenance is very important to improve safety and reduce
the risk of a job when using the equipment in shipyard. However, errors in the selection
of maintenance can loss many thing like time, effort, and cost. The method used in the
execution of this final project is to determine the best maintenance strategy using
Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). With AHP, maintenance strategy selection can
bedone by collecting various types of maintenance strategies and select the best
maintenance strategy in terms of the object that being analyzed. The calculation of AHP
by collecting data qualitatively then quantified in order to get the value of each
maintenance strategy to get the best maintenance strategy. This final Project is done in
a Shipyard in Surabaya with the object being analyzed is equipment for supporting ship
building and Offshore.
