Abstract

Sistem riser sangat vital sebagai media penghubung dan penyalur fluida antara fasilitas diatas permukaan air dan pipa bawah laut. Sistem riser tersebut didesain untuk mampu menerima berbagai beban, seperti beban fungsional dan beban lingkungan. Adanya perubahan kondisi yang dialami oleh riser, baik itu diakibatkan oleh keadaan internal maupun eksternal, dapat berdampak pada struktur material riser. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besar tegangan yang dialami oleh riser dengan variasi tekanan internal fluida, dan untuk mengetahui vibrasi yang dialami riser dengan variasi diameter dan kecepatan fluida. Analisa statis dilakukan dengan menggunakan software CAESAR untuk mengetahui besar tegangan yang diakibatkan oleh variasi tekanan internal fluida. Nilai tekanan internal yang masih dalam batas toleransi yakni 5Mpa dengan rasio 55% terhadap SMYS material material. Analisa dinamis dilakukan dengan menggunakan software ANSYS untuk mengetahui vibrasi yang dialami oleh riser dengan variasi kecepatan fluida. Analisa frekuensi natural riser juga dilakukan dengan variasi diameter dan tekanan desain. Analisa lokal dilakukan pada bentangan maksimal tiap riser, yakni 19.82 m (APNE-A) dan 19.86 m (APNF) untuk mengetahui karakteristik displacement yang terjadi. ======================================================================================================= Riser system is very important to connecting and channelizing the fluid between facilities on top of surface water and pipeline in the seabed. These riser system designed to be able to hold the loads, such as functional load and environment load. A condition changing accepted by riser, may be caused by internal condition as well as external, can have the impact to the riser’s material structure. This research has purposes to knowing stress value hold out by riser, with internal fluid pressure variation, and also knowing the vibration occurred with diameter and fluid velocity variations. Static analysis had to be done using CAESAR software to know the stress value caused by internal fluid pressure variation. Internal pressure value that still in limit of tolerance is 5 Mpa, with ratio about 55% to SMYS value of the material. Dynamic analysis had to be done using ANSYS software to know the vibration of riser with fluid velocity variation. Natural frequency analysis of the riser also had to be done with diameter and design pressure variations. Local analysis worked at the maximum span of each riser, it is about 19.82 m for APNE-A riser and 19.86 m for APNF riser, to know the characteristic of displacement that occurred.
