Abstract
FSO Ladinda merupakan hasil konversi dari kapal tanker yang dibangun tahun
1974 dan berubah fungsi sebagai FSO pada tahun 1984. Sejak tahun 1984 FSO ini
mulai beroperasi di Selat Lalang, Malaka Strait, Riau. Sistem tambat yang
digunakan untuk penambatan FSO Ladinda adalah SPOLS (Single Point Offshore
Loading System) yang menggunakan sistem tambat Tower Yoke Mooring System
dengan Mooring Tower sebagai tambatan yang dihubungkan dengan Yoke Arm
dan terdapat turntable yang berfungsi sebagai engsel agar FSO dapat bergerak
sesuai dengan gerakan gelombang tanpa membuat FSO itu sendiri terlepas.
Variasi proses offloading system pada FSO Ladinda dengan shuttle tanker sangat
dibutuhkan apabila nantinya terjadi sesuatu. Pada kasus ini offloading process
yang dianalisa adalah metode tandem dengan tali tambat berupa hawser pada
bolder bagian belakang FSO Ladinda. Respon gerak FSO Ladinda ditinjau pada
kondisi full load dan light load pada heading 00,450, 900, 1800. Respon gerak
translasi FSO terbesar adalah gerakan sway sebesar 3.146 m/m, sedangkan untuk
gerak rotasi adalah gerakan roll sebesar 5.991 deg/m dalam kondisi light load.
Respon gerak FSO mengakibatkan tension maksimum terjadi pada hawser.
Analisis tension maksimum pada hawser dilakukan pada kondisi full load dan
light load pada heading 00, 450, 900, dan 1800 sesuai yang dianjurkan oleh
OCIMF. Hasil tension maksimum yang terjadi pada line 1 pada heading 450
sebesar 864.656 kN saat kondisi 2. Tension maksimum pada hawser
mengakibatkan tegangan maksimum pada konstruki dudukan bollard. Tegangan
maksimum yang terjadi pada konstruksi dudukan bollard bagian belakang yaitu
205.15 MPa, dan deformasi maksimumnya 0.71924 mm terjadi pada kontruksi
bollard bagian atas. Tegangan maksimum yang terjadi tidak melebihi 90%
tegangan yield (225 MPa), dan deformasi maksimum yang terjadi juga tidak lebih
dari 6 mm sesuai dengan standar keamanan dari ABS.

FSO Ladinda is a conversion product of tanker vessel that was built in 1974 and
functionally turned out as to be FSO in 1984. Since 1984, this FSO has been
operating aroundSelatLalang, Malaka Strait, Riau. Mooring system which has
been applied since then for FSO Ladinda is Single Point Offshore Loading System
(SPOLS) that utilisesTower Yoke Mooring System with Mooring Tower applied
as mooring connected to Yoke Arm and turntable which its function as to be a
joint toenable FSO moving accordingly to wave motion with no detaching of FSO
itself. Variation of offloading system’s processes of FSO Ladinda by using shuttle
tanker is rather necessary when a particular condition appears. In this case,
analysed offloading processeswere tandem method using mooring rope, hawser,
upon rear section of FSO Ladinda’s bolder. Motion responses of FSO
Ladindawere examined within full load and light load conditions through heading
of 00,450, 900, 1800. Major translational motion response expressed on sway
movement by as much as 3.146 m/m, while significance effect of rotation
movement recorded was on roll movement at 5.991 deg/m during light load
condition. FSO’s motion responses had caused maximum tension in which
occurred on hawser. Analysis of maximum tension on hawser conducted during
full load and light load conditions through heading of 00,450, 900, 1800, as it is
recommended by OCIMF. Result of maximum tension that experienced in line 1
upon 450heading was 864.656 kN during condition 2. Maximum tension on
hawser had engendered maximum tension upon bollard mountingconstruction.
Maximum tension upon rear construction of bollard mounting was 205.15MPa
and its maximum deformation by as much as 0.71924 mm appeared on upper
construction of bollard. Maximum tension’s occurrenceswere not exceeding 90%
yield stress (225 MPa), and maximum deformation that either had emerged were
not more than 6 mm in regard to safety standard of ABS.
