Abstract
didapat ketebalan 9,5 mm, analisa stabilitas pipa baik lateral maupun vertikal memenuhi
pipa yaitu sebesar 144.7 Pa.

This final project aims to determine how the initial planning phase offshore pipeline that
includes Wall nominal thickness required, concreate Coating thickness is needed in order to
resist the lifting force. The case study used in this thesis is the channel project offshore
pipeline from the platform to the platform Kb-Kcom along the 1,064 m in the Java Sea with
25-year service life. Wall thickness analysis obtained at a thickness of 9.5 mm, the analysis of
the stability of both lateral and vertical pipe meets the criteria specified by the code that is a
vertical and lateral stability does not exceed 1.1. Calculations and modeling results indicate
pipe when concrete coating thickness of 30 mm with a value of 1,697 vertical stability and
lateral stability 4.18. Pipe modeling is done by using software to adjust the flow rate of 0.287
m / s and a total of 0,287m large diameter, so the greatest pressure on the pipe is equal to
144.7 Pa.
