Abstract

A VR sebagai komponen pengolah tegangan pada generator sangatlah berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan fungsi dari generator . Kegagalan fungsi pada komponen penyusun A VR ini akan berakJbat kegagalan generator itu sendiri secara keseluruhan. A I sebagai salah satu komponen utama pada type A VR SR4 Generator yang dlpakai d1 kapal perang Jems KCR pada Jajaran TNl-AL, memegang peranan penting dalarn terlaksananya fungs1 A VR tersebut. Frekuensi kerusakan komponen A I yang cukup sering menuntut untuk dilaksanakan analisa b'llna mendapatkan solusi pcmeeahannya. Analisa dilaksanakan dengan mempertimbangkan factor pembebanan daya listrik, eksitasi, bahan lilitan kumparan generator,dan temperature ruang. Dari analisa tersebut diketahui bahwa besarnya daya eksitasi dan pembebanan generator yang berlebih saat merupakan penyebab utama terjadinya kerusakan pada komponen AI. Nilai LF generator pada kondisi tayar lebih besar dari LF yang ditetapkan. Disamping factor pemakaian material lilitan kumparan yang tidak sesuai dengan spesifikasi teknis generator. ======================================================================================================================== A VR as a component to regulated the voltage of generator have mainly influence for the preparing performance of generator. The failure of this component would be carne the failure for the generator at generally. A I the part component of A VR SR4 Generator that used at KCR ship of Indonesian Navy, have importance function The h1ghly frequency to failure of A I component, need some analysis to find the solution of the problem The analysis had done with considered of electricaJ load, excitation, matenal of windmg, and the temperature of room generator. From the analySIS have got some conclusiOn that too high power excitation and over load of generator was dominant caused the broken of Al. The point of LF (Load Factor) generator at shipping cond1tion was b1gger than LF of regulation. Besides by using the material of winding that not accomplished with specification had contribution too.
