Abstract
Sepeda listrik adalah kendaraan berbahan bakar listrik yang digerakkan oleh dinamo dan akumulator. Pihak Kepolisian dan Dinas Perhubungan menegaskan kendaraan ini tidak memerlukan STNK. Disamping itu, Dinas Perhubungan menambahkan pernyataan juga tidak diperlukannya BPKB. Pengembangan sarana transportasi sepeda listrik sangat diperlukan dan sangat potensial, karena tingkat polusi akibat kendaraan pribadi seperti motor sangat tinggi. Menurut Badan Pusat Statistik tahun 2013 jumlah penjualan motor adalah 84.732.652 unit. Akibatnya dalam lima tahun terakhir tingkat pencemaran udara tercatat bertambah sebesar 8 persen. Laporan yang dirilis badan kesehatan WHO pada 2016 mengungkap tingkat polusi udara di Indonesia berada pada peringkat ke-8 paling mematikan, dengan rata-rata kematian sebesar 50.000 jiwa. Selain menyebabkan polusi terbanyak sepeda motor juga termasuk alat transportasi yang kurang efisien dari segi bahan bakar. Jawaban dari semua permasalahan pencemaran tersebut adalah dikembangkannya kendaraan berbahan bakar ramah lingkungan, contohnya yaitu sepeda berbahan bakar listrik. Pengembangan Sepeda listrik yang dibutuhkan adalah selain irit juga sesuai dengan tren kendaran Classic yang berlangsung saat ini. Tujuan utama dari perancangan ini adalah mendesain sepeda listrik yang Efficient dan Stylish. Dengan mengangkat konsep motor Board Track yang legendaris. Proses desain dimulai dengan mengumpulkan data dan menggunakan metode interview, shadowing, story telling, usability test dan affinity diagram. Hasil data tersebut diolah untuk menentukan lingkup masalah dan kebutuhan sehingga menghasilkan konsep yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Diharapkan konsep yang didapat mampu menunjang kegiatan perancangan sepeda listrik.

It is expected that the concept can support the design of electric bikes.
