Abstract

Trafo Distribusi merupakan suatu komponen yang sangat penting dalam penyaluran tenaga listrik dari gardu distribusi ke konsumen. Kerusakan pada Trafo Distribusi menyebabkan keandalan dan kontiniutas pelayanan terhadap konsumen akan terganggu. Diantara penyebabnya adalah ketidakseimbangan arus beban pada trafo. Kondisi ini akan menyebabkan susut daya dan berkurangnya lifetime pada trafo distribusi. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut tercetuslah ide monitoring arus beban pada sekunder trafo distribusi. Dengan menempatkan sensor arus pada sekunder trafo, data permasalahan hasil pengukuran sensor akan diolah mikrokontroler, hasil olah data akan dikirim melalui media komunikasi wifi kemudian diterima oleh media wifi yang kemudian akan ditampilkan pada PC Server di PT. PLN (Persero) .human interface yang menampilkan indikator berupa lampu yang akan menyala jika terjadi ketidakseimbangan arus beban antar fasa melebihi 10%. Dari hasil uji coba diperoleh rata-rata kesalahan pengukuran arus adalah ±1,7%. Dengan adanya monitoring ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan keandalan trafo distribusi dan distribusi energyi listrik. ===================================================================================================== Distribution Transformer is a very important when delivery of electricity from distribution substations to consumers need connection. Causing damage to the Distribution Transformer continue and reliabilityfor customer service to be disrupted. Among the causes is an imbalance of load on the transformer this condition will cause power losses and reduced lifetime on distribution transformers. Based on these problems there was an idea of monitoring the load on the secondary distribution transformers. Place of sensors on the secondary current transformer, sensor measurement data will be processed microcontroller, if the results of the data will be sent over wifi communication media then the data will be displayed on the PC Server at PT. PLN (Persero). Human Interface showing the indicator light will be lit when there is an imbalance between phases exceed 10%. From the test results obtained by the average current measurement error is ± 1,7%. With the monitoring was intended to increase reliability of distribution transformers and distribution of electrical energy.
