Abstract
Boiler-turbin merupakan objek paling penting dalam proses pembangkit listrik atau biasa disebut front end control. Oleh sebab itu diperlukan pemilihan strategi kontrol yang tepat, dan tuning pengendali yang baik agar diperoleh proses produksi listrik yang terkendali dan memiliki performansi yang baik. Berdasarkan kebutuhan tersebut, dilakukan simulasi tuning pengendali menggunakan metode IMC-PID pada boiler-turbin berbasis Coordinated Control Mode (CCM). Dari hasil simulasi didapatkan nilai parameter λ untuk pengendali LIC-100 sebesar 2 menit, kemudian untuk pengendali TIC-100 sebesar 3,5 menit, lalu untuk pengendali PIC-100 sebesar 10 menit, dan untuk pengendali IC-100 sebesar 3 menit. Dari hasil tuning didapatkan nilai performansi pengendali terbaik pada loop IC-100 CCM dengan nilai IAE sebesar 1173,77 untuk uji penurunan set point daya listrik, dan nilai IAE sebesar 1178,62 untuk uji kenaikan set point daya listrik, sedangkan untuk nilai max. overshoot didapatkan sebesar 0,263 % pada uji penurunan set point daya listrik dan nilai max. overshoot sebesar 0,67 % pada uji kenaikan set point daya listrik, kemudian didapatkan nilai settling time sebesar 21 menit untuk uji penurunan set point daya listrik, dan didapatkan nilai settling time sebesar 19 menit untuk uji kenaikan set point daya listrik.

Boiler-turbine is the most important object in power generation process or it usually called front end control. Because of that, selection of appropriate control strategies, and good tuning controllers to obtain controlled of electricity production process which has good performance is required. Based on those needs, did simulations using IMC-PID controller tuning method in boiler-turbine based on Coordinated Control Mode (CCM). From the result of simulations obtained values for the λ parameter for LIC-100 controller has amount of the value 2 minutes, then for TIC-100 controller has amount of the value 3,5 minutes, then for PIC-100 controller has amount of the value 10 minutes, and for the IC-100 controller has amount of the value 3 minutes. From the results of tuning controller, obtained the best performance value in the IC-100 CCM loop with the IAE value 1173,77 for the reduction of power set point test, and the IAE value 1178,62 for the increase of power set point test, whereas for the max. overshoot value obtained 0,263% for the reduction of power set point test and value of max. overshoot 0,67% for the increase of power set point test, then the value obtained settling time of 21 minutes for the reduction of power set point test, and the obtained value of settling time is 19 minutes for the increase of power set point test.
