Abstract

Dalam tugas akhir ini telah dirancang dan dibuat sistem monitoring level pada level flow mini plant skala laboratorium Workshop Instrumentasi. Sistem monitoring ini berjalan dengan menggunakan sensor ultrasonik. Sensor ultrasonik ini akan mengukur ketinggian pada tangki, kemudian outputnya ditransmisikan ke Arduino. Dari Arduino akan diintegrasikan melalui PC yang berfungsi untuk menampikan grafik dan merekam data selama proses monitoring level berjalan. Hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa sensor ultrasonik yang digunakan pada sistem monitoring level ini memiliki tingkat akurasi yang baik, diperoleh dari nilai rata-rata akurasi sebesar 91,6%. Naik dan turunnya level pada sistem monitoring level ini juga sangat berpengaruh terhadap perbedaan antara pembukaan control valve 1 dan 2, karena semakin besar perbedaan antara pembukaan control valve 1 dan 2 semakin besar penurunan level tangki ===================================================================================================== In this final project has been designed and built a system level monitoring at flow level mini plant scale laboratory Instrumentation Workshop. The monitoring system is running by using ultrasonic sensors. The ultrasonic sensor will measure the height of the tank, then the output is transmitted to the Arduino. From the Arduino will be integrated via a PC that serves to show the chart and record the data during the monitoring process running level. It can be concluded that the ultrasonic sensors are used on this level monitoring system has good accuracy, is obtained from the value of the average accuracy of 91.6%. The rise and fall in the level of system-level monitoring is also very influential on the difference between the opening of the control valve 1 and 2, because the greater the difference between the opening of the control valve 1 and 2 the greater the reduction in the level of the tank
