Abstract

Senyawa turunan lupeol, yang berupa padatan putih (51 mg) dengan titik leleh 165-166 °C berhasil diisolasi dari kulit batang tumbuhan Garcinia balica. Proses pemisahan dilakukan menggunakan metode Kromatografi Kolom Cair Vakum (KCV). Pemurnian senyawa dengan metode rekristalisasi dalam Etil Asetat. Struktur senyawa turunan lupeol, dielusidasi menggunakan Spektroskopi IR, Spektroskopi 1H-NMR dan 13CNMR ========================================================================================================== Lupeol derivative, was obtained in white powder with the melting point 165-166 °C. This compound was isolated from stem bark of Garcinia balica. The fractination was done by vacum column chromatography and was purified by recrystallization with Ethil Acetate. The structure was elucidated by spectroscopy IR, 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR data
