Abstract
Monitoring drop tegangan disisi ujung jaringan tegangan
rendah berperan penting untuk menjaga kualitas pelayanan terhadap
pelanggan. Drop tegangan yang tinggi di luar standart yang
diperbolehkan dalam jangka waktu yang lama dapat menganggu kinerja
peralatan listrik milik pelanggan. Saat ini, PLN hanya memiliki sistem
yang mampu memonitor drop tegangan hanya pada sisi trafo saja, yaitu
melalui SIMONTRA. Sedangkan tegangan pada sisi ujung tidak
terpantau. Oleh karena itu diperlukan suatu alat untuk memonitor serta
memperbaiki kualitas tegangan di sisi ujung.
Dalam tugas akhir ini dirancang suatu sistem monitoring dan
perbaikan drop tegangan. Data dari sensor tegangan diolah
mikrokontroler yang selanjutnya mengaktifkan kapasitor sebagai penaik
kualitas tegangan. Dan jika kualitas tegangan belum sesuai standart,
maka mikrokontroler mengirimkan data secara nirkabel menggunakan
media wifi untuk diterima dikomputer PLN yang bertindak sebagai
server. Hasil pengukuran ini dapat mengirim data pengukur setiap satu
jam untuk kondisi normal ke komputer PLN dan indikator peringatan
akan muncul.

Monitoring the voltage drop at the end of the low voltage
network plays an important role to maintain the quality of service to
customers. High voltage drop in the outside standard that allowed for
long periods of time can interfere the performance of the customer's
electrical equipment. Now, PLN only have a system that is able to
monitor the voltage drop is only on the side of the transformer, namely
through SIMONTRA. While the voltage on the tip is not observed.
Therefore we need a tool to monitor and improve the power quality at
the end of the network.
In this thesis, designed a system of monitoring and
improvement of the voltage drop. Data from the voltage sensors is
processed microcontroller which then activates capacitor to raise the
voltage quality. And if the voltage quality does not standard, the
microcontroller sends the data wirelessly using wifi media to be
accepted on a computer PLN acting as a server. The results of these
measurements can send data to gauge every one hour under normal
conditions to PLN computer and a warning indicator will appear
