Abstract
Analisis besi(III) dengan pengompleks 1,10-Fenantrolin pada pH 3,5 yang diganggu dengan penambahan ion Ni2+ menggunakan spektrofotometer UV-Vis telah berhasil dipelajari. Pada penentuan panjang gelombang maksimum kompleks Fe(III)- Fenantolin diperoleh sebesar 318 nm, dan diperoleh persamaan regresi linier pada kurva kalibrasi yaitu y = 0,089x dan r2 = 0,998. Penambahan ion Ni2+ mengakibatkan adanya penurunan nilai absorbansi pada kompleks Fe(III)-Fenantrolin. Ion Ni2+ mulai mengganggu dalam analisis kompleks Fe(III)-Fenantrolin pada konsentrasi ion Ni2+ 0,2 ppm, dengan didapatkan nilai %recovery sebesar 79,52%, standar deviasi relatif (RSD) sebesar 72,95 ppt, dan koefisien variasi (CV) sebesar 7,3%. ======================================================================================================================== Analysis of iron(III) with 1,10-phenanthroline complexing agents at pH 3.5 which is disturbed by the addition of Ni2+ ions using a UV-Vis spectrophotometer has been successfully studied. The maximum wavelength of Fe(III)- Phenanthroline complex are obtained at 318 nm, the linear regression equation of calibration curve are at y= 0,089x and r2 = 0,998. The addition of Ni2+ ions causes reduction in absorbance value of Fe(III)-Phenanthroline complex. Ni2+ ions began to interfere in Fe(III)-Phenanthroline complex analysis at concentration of 0.2 ppm of Ni2+ with the value of % recovery is 79,52%, relative standard deviation (RSD) is 72,95 ppt, and Coefficient Variation (CV) is 7,3%.
