Abstract

Penggunaan transportasi menjadi solusi kongkrit dalam mendukung mobilitas manusia. Perkembangan teknologi otomotif yang pesat menjadikan perusahaan otomotif berlomba-lomba dalam memproduksi kendaraan yang mengutamakan keselamatan pengemudi, ramah lingkungan ,irit serta mengutamakan aspek aerodinamis. Faktor aerodinamis berpengaruh saat kendaraan sedang melaju, gaya drag yang dihasilkan harus seminimal mungkin. Nogogeni dibuat untuk memenuhi kebutuhan tersebut. Nogogeni dibuat menggunakan energi listrik dan mempunyai bentuk bodi yang ringan serta aerodinamis.
Untuk mengetahui karakteristik fluida yang mengalir disekitar bodi mobil Nogogeni, maka dilakukan pendekatan analisa numerik secara 3 dimensi menggunakan software fluent 18.1. Analisa numerik yang dilakukan pada bodi mobil Nogogeni meliputi kontur tekanan, koefisien tekanan (Cp), koefisien drag (Cd ) serta koefisien lift (Cl).
Analisa numerik aliran yang melintasi bodi mobil Nogogeni menunjukkan nilai koefisien drag (Cd) sebesar 0,161084. Sedangkan untuk nilai koefisien lift (Cl) adalah sebesar 0,003124.

Therefore, automotive companies are competing to produce vehicles that prioritize driver safety, engine efficiency, and aerodynamic aspects. Aerodynamic factors contribute a lot when the vehicle is in motion, therefore the drag force should be minimalized. Nogogeni is one of the vehicles that is specifically designed for energy efficient car. Nogogeni is made for use electric power, and has a lightweight and aerodynamic body.
The numerical simulation are use to study the flow characteristic over the car body Nogogeni, which include pressure contour, pressure coefficient (Cp), drag coefficient (Cd) and lift coefficient (Cl) 3D with fluent software 18.1
Present study concluded that analysis has been done at the body Nogogeni , it greatly effect to flow characteristic has a value of drag coefficient (Cd) 0,161084. While the coefficient of lift (Cl) obtained during the simulation on the car body Nogogeni worth of 0,003124.
