Abstract

Suatu proyek pada prakteknya mempunyai keterbatasan akan sumber daya baik
berupa manusia, material, biaya ataupun alat, sehingga pada setiap proyek
diperlukan tindakan pengendalian dari segi biaya dan waktu. Akan tetapi sebelum
dilakukan tindakan pengendalian biaya dan waktu, perlu diketahui terlebih dahulu
kinerja proyek yang telah berlangsung. Salah satu cara untuk mengetahui kinerja
proyek adalah metode earned value. Metode earned value memadukan unsur
jadwal, biaya dan prestasi kerja. Analisa earned value ini akan diterapkan pada
proyek reparasi kapal A di PT.XXX. Kinerja proyek dianalisa berdasarkan cost
performance index dan schedule performance index. Perhitungan didasarkan pada
planned value, earned value dan actual cost. Pengontrolan kinerja ditinjau pada 6
oktober 2014, 13 oktober 2014 dan 15 oktober 2014. Hasil analisa pada 15
oktober 2014 menunjukkan bahwa biaya yang dikeluarkan lebih rendah dari biaya
yang dianggarkan namun waktu pelaksanaan lebih lama dari jadwal yang
direncanakan. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai CPI = 1.0094 (CPI > 1) dan SPI =
0.9353 (SPI<1). Hasil prediksi jangka waktu akhir proyek sebesar 26 hari dengan
keterlambatan 1 hari dari rencana.

The project in practice will have limitations in the form of human resources,
materials, costs or tool, so that on each project required control measures in terms
of cost and time. However, prior to the time and cost control measures, need to
know in advance the performance of the project which has been going on. One
way to determine the performance of the project is the Earned Value Method.
Earned Value method combines elements of the schedule, cost and performance.
Earned Value Analysis will be applied on ship repair projects in PT.XXX. Project
performance was analyzed based on the performance index of cost and time.
Calculations are based on the value of Planned Value, Earned Value and Actual
Cost. Controlling the performance reviewed on 6 October 2014, 13 October 2014
and 15 October 2014. The results of the analysis on 15 October 2014 shows that
the costs were lower than budgeted costs but longer execution time of the planned
schedule. This is indicated by the value of the CPI = 1.0094 (CPI> 1) and SPI =
0.9353 (SPI <1). The results predicted end of the project period of 26 days with 1
day delay from the plan.
