Abstract
Manajer proyek bertugas untuk mengerjakan dan menjamin terlaksananya
sebuah proyek serta memimpin dan mengontrol berjalannya manajemen proyek.
Dalam menjalankan tugasnya, manajer proyek dibantu oleh tim proyek, baik tim
yang relatif permanen maupun yang temporer, melalui kerjasama dan berbagi
pengetahuan. Pengetahuan untuk mengelola proyek dan penerapan manajemen
proyek yang dimiliki oleh manajer proyek berarti bahwa beberapa pekerjaan akan
lebih efektif dan efisien bila dikelola dalam kerangka proyek. Penelitian ini
bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh implementasi pengetahuan manajemen
proyek yeng berbasis ilmu pengetahuan terhadap kinerja tim proyek konstruksi.
Variabel X penelitian ini adalah implementasi pengetahuan manajemen
proyek yang terdiri manajemen integrasi, manajemen lingkup, manajemen waktu,
manajemen biaya, manajemen kualitas, manajemen sumber daya manusia,
manajemen komunikasi, manajemen resiko, manajemen pengadaan, manajemen
keselamatan, manajemen lingkungan, manajemen keuangan, dan manajemen
klaim. Sedangkan data implementasi pengetahuan manajemen proyek diperoleh
dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner kepada manajer proyek PT.X. Variabel Y
penelitian ini adalah kinerja tim proyek konstruksi dimana data yang digunakan
diperoleh melalui data kinerja tim proyek PT.X. Kemudian data-data tersebut
dianalisa menggunakan analisa regresi logistik.
Untuk melakukan analisa regresi logistik, seluruh variabel implementasi
pengetahuan manajemen proyek telah lolos uji validitas dan reabilitas. Kemudian
setelah melakukan analisa, diperoleh hasil bahwa implementasi pengetahuan
manajemen proyek mempengaruhi kinerja tim proyek. Manajemen Sumber Daya
Manusia dengan nilai probabilitas 68,254% dan Manajemen Komunikasi dengan
probabilitas 66,876% memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja tim
proyek konstruksi.

Project Manager duty is to execute and ensure the establishment of a
project as well as directing and controlling project management. In performing its
duties, project manager is assisted by project team - relatively permanent team or
the temporary one - through cooperation and knowledge sharing. Knowledge to
manage projects and to apply project management which is owned by the project
manager means that some work will be more effective and efficient when
managed within the framework of the project. This study aims to determine the
influence of the implementation of project management based on knowledge over
construction team project performance.
The variable X of the research is the implementation of project
management knowledge which consists of project integration management, scope
management, time management, cost management, quality management, human
resources management, communication management, risk management,
procurement management, safety management, environmental management,
financial management, and claims management. While data of project
management knowledge implementation obtained from the results of
questionnaires to PT. X project managers. Variable Y of the study is the
construction project team performance. Its data were obtained through the project
team performance data of PT.X. Then the data were analyzed using logistic
regression analysis.
Performing logistic regression analysis, implementation of project
management knowledge variables should be passed validity and reliability test.
Then after doing the analysis, the results showed that the implementation of
project management knowledge affects the performance of project team. Human
Resource Management with a probability value of 68.254% and Communication
Management with a probability value of 66.876% give significant influence on
construction project team performance.
