Abstract

In oil process industry, one of which used the stripper is stripper PV-3900, which has been operational since 2004. The Stripper is equipped with several control systems, among others, flow control systems, gas pressure control system, and the oil level control system. Each of the control system, consisting of several components. During the 10 years of operation, the PV-3900 Stripper often fail employment component affecting the oil and gas
production, as well as causing harm. Therefore, analysis of reliability, safety, and risk management in their saline control system components. The analysis showed that reliability Stripper PV-3900 can meet the target 0,8 for more than 15000 hours. All control system of the stripper PV-3900 is at the level of safety SIL 1. While the consequences per borne by the company in 5 years (2009-2014) is Rp. 175.966.396.887 =========== Di industri pengolahan minyak, salah satu stripper yang digunakan yaitu stripper PV-3900, yang mulai beroperasi sejak tahun 2004. Stripper ini dilengkapi dengan beberapa sistem
pengendalian, antara lain sistem pengendalian aliran, sistem pengendalian tekanan gas, dan sistem pengendalian level minyak. Masing-masing sistem pengendalian tersebut, terdiri dari beberapa komponen. Selama 10 tahun beroperasi, Stripper PV-3900 sering mengalami kegagalan kerja komponen sehingga mempengaruhi produksi minyak dan gas, serta menyebabkan kerugian. Oleh karena itu dilakukan analisis reliability, safety, dan risk management
pada masin-masing komponen sistem pengendalian. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa reliability Stripper PV-3900
dapat memenuhi target 0,8 selama lebih dari 15000 jam. Semua sistem pengendalian pada stripper PV-3900 berada pada tingkat safety SIL 1. Sedangkan total biaya yang ditanggung oleh perusahaan dalam kurun waktu 5 tahun adalah sebesar Rp. 175.966.396.887
