Abstract

Mobil listrik saat ini berpotensi untuk dikembangkan sebelum mobil listrik buatan orang asing menguasai pasar Indonesia. ITS sebagai Institusi berbasis teknologi diharapkan menjadi pioner pengembangan Mobil Listrik Nasional (Molina). Roadmap pengembangan Mobil Listrik Nasional pada tahun 2014 adalah pengujian dan pembuatan komponen Mobil Listrik secara mandiri. Salah satu komponen utama Mobil Listrik adalah Motor dan Controller-nya. Saat ini Motor dan Controller dibuat oleh bangsa asing, sehingga diperlukan Research and Development (R&D) terhadap komponen ini. Tugas Akhir ini berfokus pada desain dan pembuatan Modular Controller untuk BLDC Motor. Modular Controller adalah Controller yang terpisah dari sistem Driver maupun sistem bertegangan tinggi. Komponen Driver dan sistem bertegangan tinggi dapat menghasilkan panas serta induksi elektromagnetik sehingga dapat mengganggu pengkondisian sinyal dan sistem kerja Micro Controller.
Tujuan tugas akhir ini adalah mendesain dan membuat Modular Controller. Modular Controller ini memiliki output sinyal yang dapat menjalankan Transistor, Mosfet maupun Insulated-Gate Bipolar Transistor (IGBT) sehingga Modular Controller ini memiliki keunggulan Multi Stage Power. Multi Stage Power Controller yaitu Controller yang dapat digunakan pada berbagai kapasitas power tanpa mengubah Main Controller. Comutation dan Switching pada masing-masing Gate Controller ini menggunakan Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) dengan Hall Effect Sensor sebagai penentu Comutation dan Feedback putaran
Motor Listrik. Output tegangan Throttle masuk pada pin analog input digunakan sebagai Speed Reference dan sebagai target RPM Motor. Target RPM menentukan nilai Pulse Width melalui metode Look Up Table. Tabel tersebut dapat diatur menggunakan Software Tuning Manager, dengan memasukkan nilai arus listrik yang akan dialirkan pada putaran motor listrik tertentu. Untuk mengontrol agar RPM sesuai dengan target menggunakan Proportional dan Integral Controller (PI Controller).
Tugas Akhir ini menghasilkan Modular Controller yang dapat menjalankan BLDC Motor dengan kapasitas power bermacam-macam (teruji pada 500 Watt, 1 KW dan 2KW). Modular Controller ini dapat diatur ulang oleh pengguna (Programmable) sehingga dapat menyesuaikan dengan kondisi aplikasi, baik digunakan untuk keperluan balap maupun keperluan kendaraan harian. Pengaturan dapat dilakukan dengan memasukkan prosentase Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) pada tabel Tunning Manager. Motor Controller merupakan sebuah komponen penting dalam desain sistem Motor Listrik. Efisiensi Motor Listrik dapat meningkat dengan penggunaan Controller yang sesuai, tanpa mengubah parameter fisik pada Motor Listrik tersebut. Motor dengan menggunakan Iquteche Controller memiliki effisiensi maksimal 95,1 % pada putaran motor 2790 rpm sedangkan dengan Mitsuba Controller memiliki effisiensi maksimal 94,8 % pada 3300 rpm.

Today, Electric cars have the potential to be developed before the electric car made foreigners dominate the Indonesian market. ITS as a institution based on technology is expected to be pioneer the development of the National Electric Cars called Molina. Roadmap development of the National Electric Cars in 2014 is testing and manufacture of electric car components independently. One of the main components of electric cars are motor and controller. Currently Motor and Controller made by foreign nations, so that the necessary research and development for this component. This final project focuses on the design and manufacture of Modular Controller for BLDC Motor. Modular Controller is a controller that is separate from the system drivers and a high-voltage system. Driver components and high-voltage systems can produce heat and electromagnetic induction so as to interfere with the signal conditioning and work systems Micro Controller.
The purpose of this final project is to design and create a Modular Controller. The Modular Controller has an output signal that can operate transistors, MOSFETs and Insulated-Gate Bipolar Transistor (IGBT) so that it has the advantage Modular Controller Multi Stage Power. Multi-Stage Power Controller is controller that can be used in a variety of capacities of power without changing the Main Controller. Commutation and Switching at each Gate Controller uses Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) with Hall Effect Sensor as a determinant Commutation and Feedback round Electric Motors. The output voltage on pin Throttle incoming analog inputs used as the Speed
Reference and as a target RPM Motor. Target RPM determine Pulse Width value through method Look Up Table. The table can be set using the Software Tuning Manager, by entering the value of the electric current will flow in particular electric motor rotation. To control the order in accordance with the target RPM using a Proportional and Integral controller (PI controller). This final project produce Modular Controller can operate BLDC Motor with an assortment of power capacity (tested at 500 Watt, 1 KW and 2KW). Modular Controller can be reset by the user (programmable) so that it can adjust to the conditions of application, whether used for racing purposes and the purposes of daily vehicle. Arrangements can be made by inserting the percentage of Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) in the table Tunning Manager. Motor Controller is an important component in the system design Electric Motors. Electric Motor efficiency can be increased with the use of an appropriate controller, without changing the physical parameters on the Electric Motor. Motor by using Iquteche controller has a maximum efficiency of 95.1% at 2790 rpm while the motor by using Mitsuba controller has a maximum efficiency of 94.8% at 3300 rpm.
