Abstract
Indonesia merupakan daerah yang berada pada ring of fire yang memiliki ancaman gempa bumi cukup tinggi, sehingga merencanakan struktur bangunan tahan gempa merupakan syarat yang wajib dipenuhi. Salah satu sistem pada bangunan baja yang dirancang untuk menahan gempa adalah menggunakan sistem struktur rangka bresing eksentrik atau yang biasa disebut dengan eccentrically braced frame (EBF). EBF biasa disebut sebagai sistem hybrid antara system rangka pemikul momen dan concentrically braced frame CBF karena EBF mampu memikul kombinasi antara beban rangka dan truss. EBF memiliki daktilitas yang tinggi seperti halnya pada sistem rangka pemikul momen, tetapi juga memiliki kekakuan yang tinggi seperti CBF. Konsep desain EBF adalah link ditetapkan sebagai bagian yang akan rusak sedangkan elemen lain tetap berada dalam kondisi elastik. Dalam tugas akhir ini, Marigold Nafa Park Condomunium BSD dimodifikasi sehingga menggunakan struktur baja beton komposit (Concrete Filled Tube) dengan sistem EBF yang memiliki ketinggian 16 Lantai dan 1 basement. Konfigurasi EBF yang digunakan yaitu Inverted V Braced. Perencanaan juga dilakukan studi perilaku antara 3 jenis link (Short link, Intermediate link, dan Long link) dan akan memenuhi persyaratan keamanan struktur berdasarkan SNI 1729:2015, SNI 03-1729-2002, SNI 1726:2012, SNI 2847:2013, dan SNI 1727:2013. Dari hasil analisa yang telah dilakukan diperoleh hasil yaitu: deformasi lateral yang dihasilkan pada model Short Link lebih kecil dibandingkan dengan dua model yang lain dan nilai daktilitas dari pushover analysis menunjukkan Short Link memiliki nilai yang lebih besar. Tebal pelat lantai dan atap dengan menggunakan bondek ialah 9 cm, dimensi balok induk WF 500x300x11x15, panjang elemen link 100 cm, dimensi bresing WF 350x350x8x12, dimensi kolom CFT 700x700x28. Perencanaan bangunan bawah menggunakan dinding penahan dengan tipe cantilever wall dan pondasi menggunakan tiang pancang beton diameter 60 cm dengan kedalaman 15 meter. Kolom basement direncanakan dengan dimensi 95/95 cm. Dan dimensi Sloof 45/65 cm. ============== Indonesia is a country located in the ring of fire area that has high level earthquake threat, thus planning an earthquake resistant building structure is a requirement that must be met. One of the systems in steel structures that designed to withstand earthquakes is to use eccentrically braced frame (EBF). EBF is commonly referred to as a hybrid system between moment resisting frame and concentrically braced frame (CBF) because EBF is capable of resisting a combination of frame and truss loads. EBFs have high ductility as well as on moment resisting frame system, but also have high stiffness like CBF. EBF design concept is the link set as the part that will be broken while other elements remain in elastic condition. In this final project, Marigold Nafa Park Condominium BSD is modified so that it uses composite structure (Concrete Filled Tube) with EBF system which has 16 floors of height and 1 basement. The EBF configuration used in this project is Inverted V Braced. Planning is also conducted in the study of behavior between 3 types of links (Short link, Intermediate link, and Long link) and will meet the requirements of structural safety based on SNI 1729:2015, SNI 03-1729-2002, SNI 1726:2012, SNI 2847:2013, and SNI 1727:2013. From the analysis, the obtained results are: the lateral deformation produced on the Short model is smaller than the other two model and the ductility value of pushover analysis shows the Short Link has the higher value. Thickness of floor and roof plates are 9 cm, WF 500x300x11x15 is used as dimension of primary beams, 100 cm link element length, WF 350x350x8x12 for bressing dimension, and CFT 700x700x28 as the column dimension. Basement and foundation planning consists of retaining wall using cantilever wall type and foundation using concrete piles with 60 cm diameter and 17,5 meters of depth. Basement column is planned with dimensions of 95/95 cm and the dimension of Sloof 45/65 cm.
