Abstract
Pencahayaan merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam kenyamanan ruang atau lebih spesifik yaitu kenyamanan penglihatan. Kebutuhan pencahayaan diperoleh dari pencahayaan alami dan buatan ataupun kombinasi keduanya. Pencahayaan buatan dalam suatu ruangan sangat dibutuhkan apabila pencahayaan alami tidak mampu memberikan tingkat pencahayaan sesuai standart yang ada. Parameter seperti kuat penerangan dan kualitas warna perlu diatur untuk menghasilkan kesesuaian kebutuhan penglihatan di dalam ruang. Penelitian dilakukan pada Ruang Seminar Perpustakaan ITS Surabaya berdasarkan SNI 6197-2011 dan akan dilakukan perancangan pencahayaan buatan menggunakan simulasi software DIALux Evo. Tingkat pencahayaan buatan pada Ruang Seminar Perpustakaan ITS didapatkan sebesar 128 lux, dimana nilai tersebut masih kurang dari standar sebesar 300 lux. Dilakukan 3 perancangan dengan 3 jenis lampu yang berbeda dan 4 variasi reflektansi material sehingga terdapat 12 simulasi yang kemudian dilihat hasil yang paling optimal dari sisi kerapatan daya, tingkat pencahayaan, keseragaraman. Hasil paling optimum yang didapatkan adalah pada perancangan 2 dengan reflektansi langit-langit 0,8; tembok 0,5; dan lantai 0,3 dengan nilai kerapatan daya 6,45 W/m2 , tingkat pencahayaan audience 363 lux dan panggung 362 lux. Keseragaman sebesar 0,57 dan efikasi lampu 63 lm/W.

Lighting is one of the important factors in the comfort of space or more specifically the visual comfort. Lighting requirements are obtained from natural and artificial lighting or a combination of both. Artificial lighting in a room is needed if natural lighting is not able to provide the level of lighting according to the standard. Parameters such as strong illumination and color quality need to be adjusted to produce a fit of vision requirement in space. The research was conducted at Seminar Room of ITS Surabaya Library based on SNI 6197-2011 and will be done artificial lighting design using DIALux Evo software simulation. The level of artificial lighting at the Seminar Room of ITS Library was obtained at 128 lux, where the value is still less than the standard of 300 lux. 3 designs were conducted with 3 different types of lamps and 4 variations of material reflectance so that there were 12 simulations which were then seen the most optimum results from the power density, lighting levels, and concertity. The most optimum results obtained were on design 2 with a ceiling reflectance of 0.8; wall 0.5; and floor 0.3 with power density value 6.45 W/m2, illuminance 363 lux on audience and 362 lux on stage. The uniformity of 0.57 and efficacy of the lamp is 63 lm / W.
