Abstract
Penerapan teknologi informasi terutama sistem terintegrasi Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) telah menjadi kebutuhan bagi beberapa organisasi bisnis. Integrasi, otomasi, hingga peningkatan produktivitas menjadi keuntungan yang dicari oleh para organisasi bisnis ini. Dengan keuntungan tersebut, para organisasi bisnis tersebut mengimplementasikan ERP pada organisasi mereka. Namun dalam implementasi ERP, kerap terjadi kegagalan sehingga menghabiskan dana, waktu dan tenaga yang terlibat dalam proyek implementasi ERP ini. Sehingga, perlu adanya analisis faktor-faktor apa saja yang menjadi penentu keberhasilan dalam implementasi Odoo yang menjadi dasar dalam melakukan implementasi ERP.
Penelitian ini menggunakan framework/model 7s McKinsey mengenai faktor-faktor internal organisasi yang dapat dijadikan acuan untuk menilai apakah internal organisasi tersebut siap untuk implementasi ERP. Pada penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah metode Delphi yang dirancang untuk menghindari berbagai distorsi komunikasi dan dominasi terhadap kelompok tertentu.
Hasil akhir dari kajian analisis CSF pada implementasi Odoo ini adalah mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang menjadi penentu keberhasilan melakukan implementasi Odoo. Terdapat 5 faktor yang menjadi CSF dalam implementasi Odoo, 2 faktor yang tidak berpengaruh dalam implementasi Odoo dan 2 faktor yang tidak mendapat konsensus yang menjadi hasil penelitian ini. Tugas akhir ini diharapkan dapat membantu pihak-pihak yang terlibat dalam implementasi ERP agar dapat mengurangi resiko kegagalan yang dapat terjadi.

Implementation of information technology especially Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system has become a requirement for some business organization. Integration, automation, and increased productivity are the benefits that these business organizations seek. With these advantages, these business organizations implement ERP in their organizations. But in the ERP implementation, there is often a failure to spend the funds, time and effort involved in this ERP implementation project. Thus, it is necessary to analyze the factors that determine the success in the implementation of Odoo which became the basis in implementing ERP.
This research uses the McKinsey 7s framework / model of internal organizational factors that can be used as a reference to assess whether internal organization is ready for ERP implementation. In this research the method used is Delphi method designed to avoid various distortion of communication and dominance to certain group.
The final result of the analysis of CSF research on the implementation of Odoo is to know what factors determine the success of implementing Odoo. There are 5 factors that become CSF in the implementation of Odoo, two factors that have no effect in the implementation of Odoo and 2 factors that do not get the consensus that the results of this study. This thesis is expected to help the parties involved in the implementation of ERP in order to reduce the risk of failure that can occur.
