Abstract
Pada suatu sistem tenaga listrik, koordinasi proteksi yang baik sangat diperlukan agar keandalan dan kontinyuitas pendistribusian tenaga listrik menjadi lebih tinggi. Ketika terjadi gangguan, rele pengaman akan mendeteksi gangguan dan mentrigger circuit breaker untuk bekerja dalam waktu tertentu untuk mengisolir gangguan, namun hal ini tidak menjamin sistem masih berada dalam kondisi stabil. Analisis kestabilan transien dibutuhkan agar keandalan dan kestabilan sistem terjaga. Analisis kestabilan transien erat kaitannya dengan perhitungan nilai CCT (Critical Clearing Time). CCT merupakan perhitungan batas waktu pemutusan kritis setelah terjadi gangguan. Dengan kata lain, agar sistem dapat kembali stabil, maka saat terjadi gangguan sistem harus diputus sebelum waktu CCT. Saat ini, sistem kelistrikan pada PT. Petrokimia Gresik telah mempunyai setting rele pengaman, namun setting waktu rele yang diterapkan belum mempertimbangkan nilai dari CCT. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan perhitungan nilai CCT sehingga perusahaan menjadi lebih andal, stabil, dan terjaga kontinyuitasnya. Nilai CCT yang didapatkan nantinya akan dijadikan sebagai bahan pertimbangan untuk setting waktu rele pengaman. Metode yang digunakan adalah Time Domain Simulation method (TDS) dengan memperhatikan respon sudut rotor generator. Dari analisis yang telah dilakukan, masih terdapat delapan bus yang setting waktu rele pengamannya masih memerlukan perbaikan karena masih bekerja di atas nilai CCT. Oleh karena itu, diberikan rekomendasi yaitu penambahan perlatan pengaman berupa rele diferensial yang mampu bekerja mengisolir gangguan dalam waktu 1-3 cycle sehingga sistem dapat berada dalam kondisi stabil.
============= Electric power system requires the good protection coordination so that the reability and continuity of electricity distribution to get better. When an interruption occurs, the relay protection detects the interference and triggers the circuit breaker to work within a certain time to isolate the interference, but this does not guarantee the system is still in stable condition. Transient stability analysis is required so that the reability and stability of the systems fullfilled. The transient stability analysis closely related to the CCT (Critical Clearing Time). CCT is the calculation of the critical time limit after the disturbance occurs. In other words, when a system failure occurs, it must be disconnected before the time of CCT, so the system can return to the stable condition. Currently, the electrical system at PT. Petrokimia Gresik already has the protection relay time settings, but the time settings applied have not considered the value of CCT. Therefore, it is necessary to calculate the values of CCT so that the reability, stability, and continuity of the systems fullfilled. CCT value obtained later will be taken into consideration for the protection relay time settings. The method used is Time Domain Simulation method (TDS) with observe to rotor generator response. From the analysis that has been done, there are eight buses that still require recommendation because it still works above the value of CCT. Therefore, given a recommendation the addition of safety equipment in the form of differential relay that can work to isolate the interruption within 1-3 cycles so that the system can be in stable condition.
