Abstract

Skuter listrik membutuhkan rangkaian pengendali untuk menggerakkan dan mengendalikan motor Brushless Direct Current (BLDC). Untuk mendesain kontroler, perancang memerlukan beberapa parameter motor yang tidak disediakan oleh produsen. Penelitian ini mempresentasikan desain peralatan uji performansi dan parameter untuk BLDC dalam aplikasi skuter listrik. Parameter yang diteliti adalah tahanan stator, induktansi stator, konstanta Back Electromotive Force (BEMF) konstanta torsi, momen inersia, dan gaya gesek. Untuk mendapatkan parameter ini, mikrokontroler digunakan untuk memproses beberapa sinyal keluaran dari tegangan, kecepatan, arus, hambatan, dan sensor induktansi. Resistans dan induktansi diuji sebelum motor dioperasikan. Motor kemudian diberi masukan unit step. Selama 5 detik motor berjalan, mikrokontroler mencatat kecepatan dan data arus. Setelah itu, motor itu tidak dialiri listrik. Mikrokontroler mencatat kecepatan dan kembali EMF tegangan pada setiap fase motor pada saat terdapat putaran sisa motor. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang diusulkan dapat mengukur parameter motor , seperti resistansi stator 0,078 ohm, induktansi stator 76,52 μH, konstanta back EMF 20,28 volt/krpm, konstanta torsi 0,1936 Nm/A, gaya gesek sebesar 0,0174 Nms, dan momen inersia sebesar 0,0471 kgm2. ========================================================================================================== The electric scooter needs a controller to drive and control brushless direct current (BLDC) motor. To design a controller, the designer needs some motor parameters that may not be provided by manufacturer. This paper presented a a design of performance and parameter measurement system for BLDC in electric scooter application. The investigated parameters were stator resistance, stator inductance, Back Electromotive Force (BEMF) constant, speed, torque constant, inertia moment, and friction. To obtain these parameters, a microcontroller was used to process some output signals from voltage, speed, current, resistance, and inductance sensor. Resistance and inductance were tested before motor was operated. The motor was then given a unit step. During 5 s of motor running, the microcontroller recorded speed and current data. After that, the motor was unpowered. Later, the microcontroller recorded speed and back EMF voltage on each motor phase. The results revealed that the proposed system could measure the main motor parameters, such as 0.078 ohm of stator resistance, 76.52 μH of stator inductance, 20.28 volt/krpm of back EMF constant, 0.1936 Nm/A of torque constant, 0.0174 Nms of friction, and 0.0471 kgm2.
