Abstract
============= Power distribution network usually operates using radial distribution system to improve the reliability of the distribution network in terms of quality and continuity distribution. Electrical power needs to be modified from radial to loop on the aspect of distribution system. Distribution network changes occur due to two possibilities. First to optimize the network operation with the aim of reducing the voltage drop and loss of power so that the reliability of the system increases. Secondly is when power is needed from one feeder to another, as a precautionary measure of overloading or even breaking the load. For example in the case of a parallel operation failure in the Srondol substation relay on the Central Java distribution of electricity. From the results of this study, it was found that an accurate and precise analysis of the existing condition of the feeder to be paralleled can help for the successful operation of the distribution system, avoiding significant disruptions and preventing the occurrence of customer outages. Under normal conditions of Load Flow ETAP simulation results, it has been obtained 2 GI Srondol transformer which has an overload of 799 A, thus avoiding the blackout required to overload. From the parallel feeder operation of SRL 1 and SRL 3 there was a significant additional current on feeder of SRL 1 of 588 A which resulted in CB SRL 1 being a trip, resulting in an overload to transformer 2 of 1094 A and resulted in total blackout at transformer 2. While during operation parallel feeder SRL 2 and SRL 3 additional current that occurs smaller, so the system is still in a safe condition and the load delegation process has been successfully done.
