Abstract
Mahad Thaybah Surabaya memiliki perencanaan strategis
untuk 3 tahun kedepan karena tiap tahunnya terus berkembang
dan bertambah banyak jumlah santrinya. Dengan alasan
tersebut muncullah kebutuhan-kebutuhan akan sistem
informasi untuk mempermudah pengelolaan data. Maka
dibuatlah perencanaan strategis. Perencanaan strategis sistem
informasi tersebut supaya sistem informasi dapat menunjang
visi organisasi. Perencanaan strategis sistem informasi
dikembangkan berdasar Panduan Umum Tata Kelola TIK
Nasional tahun 2007. Tahapan pertama berdasar panduan
tersebut adalah menganalisa kondisi saat ini dari Mahad
Thaybah Surabaya kemudian mengidentifikasi kebutuhan
informasi lalu menyusun arsitektur informasi, aplikasi,
infrastruktur, organisasi dan manajemen, serta pentahapan
implementasinya. Hasil dari tugas akhir ini adalah berupa
cetak biru rancangan sistem informasi didalam Mahad
Thaybah Surabaya beserta pentahapan dalam
implementasinya.

Mahad Thaybah Surabaya has strategic planning for the next 3 years as each year continues to grow and increase the number of its “santri”. Because of that, emerged the needs of information systems to make data management easier. Then, strategic planning is made. Strategic planning of information systems is done so that information systems can support the vision of the organization. The information system strategic planning was developed based on the Panduan Umum Tata Kelola TIK Nasional tahun 2007. The first step based on the guidance is to analyze the current condition of Mahad Thaybah Surabaya and then identify the information needs and develop the information, application, infrastructure, organization and management architecture, and the implementation phases. The result of this final project is a blueprint of the information system design within Mahad Thaybah Surabaya and its implementation phase.
