Abstract

SMP Negeri 1 Kediri merupakan sekolah yang ingin menerapkan sistem pembelajaran digital untuk mendukung proses belajar mengajar di sekolah. Hal ini dilatarbelakangi karena sebagian besar proses terkait belajar mengajar masih secara manual seperti pada saat manajemen sekolah memantau kurikulum, guru menyusun dan mencari bahan ajar, guru mengajar di kelas, dan lain lain. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, kepala SMP Negeri 1 Kediri menghendaki pengimplementasian aplikasi yang mampu membantu proses belajar mengajar.
Tetapi terkadang saat akan memutuskan untuk mengimplementasikan sebuah teknologi informasi, pihak manajemen tidak menyadari seberapa besar nilai kontribusi ekonomis dari manfaat yang diberikan oleh teknologi informasi tersebut. Karena tidak semua manfaat yang diberikan oleh pengimplementasian teknologi informasi tersebut dapat langsung dirasakan pada keuntungan organisasi (tangible) tetapi terdapat juga manfaat manfaat yang tidak nyata atau memiliki dampak positif bagi organisasi tetapi tidak berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap keuntungan organisasi (intangible). Hal tersebut dapat menurunkan nilai kontribusi ekonomis yang dihasilkan dari pengimplementasian Teknologi informasi tersebut. Perhitungan dengan menggunakan metode Traditional Cost Benefit Analysis belum dianggap cukup, karena pendekatan ini berfokus pada manfaat nyata (tangible benefit), seperti penghematan biaya, pengurangan pegawai dan sebagainya.
Oleh karena itu, diperlukannya perhitungan yang tepat terhadap investasi untuk mengimplementasikan Teknologi informasi yang akan dilakukan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar nilai kontribusi ekonomis dari manfaat yang didapatkan setelah menggunakan Teknologi informasi. Salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan dan yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Information economics (IE) yaitu sebuah metode yang mampu menghitung manfaat yang bersifat tangible dan intangible dari sebuah investasi Teknologi informasi. Dimana peneliti akan menggali data/informasi terhadap proses bisnis pembelajaran yang ada saat ini pada SMP Negeri 1 Kediri kemudian membandingkannya dengan proses bisnis yang akan terjadi saat menggunakan aplikasi yukblajar, lalu dari setiap perbedaan yang ditemukan akan dicari manfaat yang diperoleh dan menghitung manfaat tersebut berdasarkan pendekatan finansial dan non finansial yang kemudian akan didapatkan seberapa besar kontribusi ekonomis dari investasi aplikasi YukBlajar. Dan nantinya dapat digunakan pihak sekolah sebagai bahan pertimbangan dalam pengambilan keputusan terhadap penggunaan aplikasi YukBlajar. ========== JHS 1 Kediri wants to implement digital learning system to support teaching and learning process in their school. This is because most of the process that related to teaching and learning is still manually, as when the school management
builds and monitors the curriculum, teachers prepare and look materials for teaching students, teachers teach in the classroom, and etc. Based on these problems, the head of JHS 1 Kediri want to implement application that is able to help the learning process.
But, sometimes when it will decide to implement an information technology, the management does not realize how much the value of the economic contribution of the benefits provided by the information technology. Because not all the benefits provided by the implementation of information technology can be directly perceived on the benefits of the organization
(tangible) but there are also benefits that are not real or have a positive impact on the organization but do not directly affect the benefits of the organization (intangible). This can reduce the value of the economic contribution resulting from the
implementation of the information technology. Calculations using the Traditional Cost Benefit Analysis method have not been considered sufficient, as this approach focuses on tangible benefits, such as cost savings, employee reductions and etc. Therefore, appropriate calculation of the investment required
to implement the information technology will be done to find out how much the economic contribution value of the benefits obtained after using information technology. One method that can be used and that will be used in this research is the method of Information economics (IE) is a method that is able to calculate the tangible and intangible benefits of an information technology investment. Where the researchers will dig the data / information on the existing business learning process at JHS 1 Kediri then compare it with business processes that will occur when using YukBlajar application, then from any discrepancies
found will be sought benefits obtained and calculate the benefits based on approach financially and non financially which will be obtained how big economic contribution from investment of YukBlajar application. And later can be used by the school as a consideration in decision making on the use of YukBlajar application
