Abstract
Dalam perkembangan teknologi mobil listrik saat ini, penelitian
mengenai desain motor penggerak yang optimal, efisien, dan handal
diperlukan guna meningkatkan performa dari kendaraan listrik. Desain
motor penggerak yang compact dengan power to weight ratio yang
tinggi dibutuhkan dalam fungsi aplikasi motor penggerak mobil listrik.
Pada tugas akhir ini dilakukan pembuatan desain dan analisis
motor axial flux brushless DC. Motor ini dikenal memiiki tingkat power
to weight ratio yang tinggi. Motor ini dirancang untuk menghasilkan
output daya 25 kW. Pada Tugas akhir ini dilakukan analisis parameter -
parameter kelistrikan pada motor, seperti torsi, efisiensi, losses, dan kuat
medan listrik yang terbentuk pada motor dengan menggunakan metode
analisis finite element.
Hasil pembuatan desain didapatkan desain motor axial flux
brushless DC dengan ukuran 220 cm menggunakan 12 slot stator dan 10
kutub rotor. Menghasilkan rating daya output 27 kW, dengan kecepatan
rating 2388 rpm dan torsi 109 Nm. Motor ini memiliki rating tegangan
400 V dc dan arus masukan pada motor sebesar 82,47 A.

In development of electric vehicle technology, research on the
optimal design of motor drive, with high efficiency, and high reliablity,
necessary to improve the performance of electric vehicles. The compact
design of motor drive with a high power to weight ratio is required in
motor drive function for the application of electric cars.
This final project design and analysis of axial flux brushless DC
motor. It's known have a high power to weight ratio. This motor is
designed to produce 25 kW power output. In this final project analyze
the electrical parameters of the motor, such as torque, efficiency, losses,
and flux density that's formed on the motor by using finite element
analysis.
The results obtained a design of axial flux brushless DC motor
with diameter 220 cm using a 12 slot of stator and 10 rotor poles.
Generate output power rating of 27 kW, with a speed of 2388 rpm and
torque rating 109 Nm. This motor has a voltage rating of 400 V dc and
input current to the motor of 82,47 A.
