Abstract
Proyek Pembangunan Gedung Satpol PP Surabaya ini sejumlah 4 lantai termasuk lantai atap dek beton dan lantai semi basement dengan luas bangunan 785 m2 yang berada di jl. Jaksa Agung Suprapto No.6 Surabaya. Proyek pembangunan ini merupakan proyek dengan menggunakan struktur beton yang dilakukan dengan metode pengecoran di tempat yang terdiri dari beberapa pekerjaan yaitu, pekerjaan persiapan, pekerjaan pondasi, dan pekerjaan beton mulai dari lantai semi basement sampai lantai atap dek beton dan tangga dengan bantuan alat berat.
Untuk perhitungan rencana anggaran biaya pelaksanaan dianalisis terlebih dahulu sesuai dengan standar harga kota Surabaya dan juga harga alat berat dan material sesuai dengan harga yang sudah ditetapkan oleh proyek. Dalam menentukan biaya maka dilakukan analisa antara literatur yang digunakan maupun peraturan yang berlaku ( HSPK 2017) untuk mendapatkan kesesuaian dengan kondisi pelaksanaan lapangan.
Sedangkan pada perhitungan waktu pelaksanaan dilakukan analisa mulai dari kapasitas alat, produktivitas, durasi, dan penyusunan jadwal setiap item pekerjaan dimana hal ini dilakukan dengan metode PDM menggunakan alat bantu Microsoft Project 2016.
Berdasarkan hasil analisa diperoleh rencana anggaran biaya pelaksanaan untuk struktur beton pada pembangunan Gedung Satpol PP Surabaya sebesar Rp. 4.137.053.348,- (Empat Milyar Seratus Tiga Puluh Tujuh Juta Lima Puluh Tiga Ribu Tiga Ratus Empat Puluh Delapan Rupiah) dengan waktu pelaksanaan proyek selama 155 hari kerja. ============= The Satpol PP Building of Surabaya construction project is built on 4 floors including concrete roof deck and semi basement floor with 785 m2 located on Agung Suprapto number 6 streets of Surabaya city. This construction project uses a concrete structure which is done by a foundry method in place consisting of several works namely, preliminary work, foundation work, and concrete work start from basement floor to concrete roof deck floor, and stairs using of heavy equipment.
For the calculation of the budget plan implementation costs are analyzed in advance in accordance with the standard price of Surabaya city and also the price of heavy equipment and materials according to the price which is set by the project. In determining the cost, an analysis is conducted between the literature used and the applicable regulations (HSPK 2016) to obtain conformity with the conditions of field implementation. While for the execution time is done with the analysis from tool capacity, productivity, duration, preparation of each work item where this is done by PDM method using Microsoft Project 2016 tool.
Based on the analysis results obtained for the implementation budget of concrete structures Satpol PP Bulding of Surabaya City is Rp. 4.137.053.348,-(Four Billion One Hundred Thirty Seven Million and Fifty Three Thousand Three Hundred Fourty Eight Rupiah) with project duration for 155 working days.
