Abstract
PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja merupakan industri besar yang bergerak dibidang produksi pupuk dan produk agribisnis lainya. Oleh karena itu seperti industri kimia lainnya membutuhkan kontinuitas pasokan daya untuk menunjang kontinuitas produksi. Karena jika terjadi pemadaman maka calon produk akan rusak dan harus dibuang. Untuk menghindari kerugian tersebut maka dibutuhkan sistem proteksi yang dapat mengisolir gangguan yang muncul pada sistem kelistrikan secara cepat, selektif dan terkoordinatif.
PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja melakukan ekspansi dengan menambahkan beban pabrik P2B dan generator STG-1. Dengan syarat setiap beban harus memiliki minimal dua sumber dan generator STG-1 dapat mensuplai pabrik P2B dan sistem kelistrikan pabrik lama. Syarat-syarat tersebut mengakibatkan terbangunnya sistem ring, dengan sistem proteksinya menggunakan rele arus lebih. Namun, terdapat permasalahan dalam menentukan seting proteksinya. Dalam tugas akhir ini dilakukan perhitungan koordinasi proteksi menggunakan adaptive modified firefly algorithm (AMFA).
Hasil dari tugas akhir ini adalah seting rele arus lebih pada sistem ring PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja dengan memanfaatkan kemampuan dual setting dan directional element rele. Program metode perhitungan AMFA membutuhkan rata-rata 17,16 iterasi untuk mendapatkan TDS yang terkoordinasi. Dengan error CTI terbesarnya 0.092 detik. ===================================================================================================
PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja is a large company in chemical industry specializing in the production of fertilizers and other agribusiness products. Therefore, like others in chemical industries, the company requires high level energy supply continuity to support their production. Because power outage will cause the product in process to be damaged and eventually be discarded. To avoid this, it requires a selective and coordinated protection system that can isolate disturbances on the electrical system immediately.
PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja had done an expansion by adding new load P2B and a STG-1 generator. Withconditions that each load must have at least two sources and the STG-1 generator can supply both P2B plant and old plant. These conditions resulted in a new system with overcurrent relay for it’s protection system. However, there are problems in determining the ideal protection setting. To calculate the time dial setting nedded for the protection system, this final project will utilize adaptive modified firefly algorthm (AMFA)
The final result of this project is to set the protection coordination of PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja’s ring system by using the existing overcurrent relay’s dual setting and directional element. AMFA calculation program, in average, needs 17.16 iteration to get coordinated relay’s TDS. With the highest CTI error 0.092 seconds.
