Abstract

Home Care merupakan pelayanan kesehatan yang dilakukan dirumah pasien oleh tenaga medis, sesuai dengan departemen kesehatan (2002). Rumah Sakit Islam Jemursari Subaya telah memiliki layanan Home Care namun layanan tersebut belum dapat diakses oleh masyarakat di luar rumah sakit. Saat ini sistem layanan Home Care yang ada masih berjalan secara manual. Aplikasi Home Care memudahkan masyarakat mengakses layanan kesehatan sesuai dengan kebutuhan tanpa perlu mengunjungi rumahsakit. Layanan Home Care berbasis web dipilih karena lebih mudah dalam pengoprasiannya. pada tugas akhir ini dilakukan pengukuran kinerja server dan jaringan untuk mengetahui seberapa banyak aplikasi dapat diakses dan kecepatan akses jaringan operator terhadap Aplikasi Layanan Home Care dengan menggunakan network analyzer tools. Berdasarkan hasil pengkuran kinerja server, aplikasi layanan homecare dapat dakses sebanyak 4000 user dengan waktu akses rata-rata sebesar 2.698 ms dan 76% CPU Usage. Sedangkan berdasarkan hasil pengukuran kinerja jaringan di dua lokasi yaitu kampus ITS operator seluler telkomsel memiliki nilai Delay sebesar 4.954 ms, throughput sebesar 22054.65 bps dan Packet Loss 0.00%, sedangkan di Perumahan Dharm Husada operator seluler telkomsel memiliki nilai Delay sebesar 6.167ms, throughput sebesar 19885.46bps dan Packet Loss 0.00%. ============ Home Care is a health service conducted in the home of patients by medical personnel, in accordance with the health department (2002). Jemursari Subaya Islamic Hospital has a Home Care service but the service is not accessible to people outside the hospital. Currently the existing Home Care service system runs manually. Home Care application makes it easy for people to access health services as needed without visiting hospital. Web-based Career Service is chosen because it is easier to operate. in this final project measurement of server and network performance to find out how many applications can be accessed and network operator access speed to Home Care Service Application by using network analyzer tools. Based on the results of the server performance, the application of homecare services can access as many as 4000 users with an average access time of 2,698 ms and 76% CPU Usage. Meanwhile, based on the results of network performance measurement in two locations namely ITS campus mobile operator Telkomsel has a Delay value of 4754 ms, throughput of 22054.65 bps and Packet Loss 0.00%, while in Dharm Husada Housing telkomsel cellular operator has a Delay value of 6.167ms, throughput of 19885.46bps and Packet Loss 0.00%
